We went in Saturday the next day hoping to find a pair and the brunette sales girl (wish I could remember her name!) provided excellent service. She informed my husband and I that the downstairs was closed for maintenance, however, she offered to bring several dress pant options upstairs. She gave us a variety of great choices, and my husband ended up purchasing one of her suggestions, which he loves! The service was super friendly, and the atmosphere was great. I also noticed the women's clothes upstairs were unique, so next time we're in town, I'll definitely be back to shop for myself. Highly recommend!

I've worked retail for 10+ years so I get the keeping an eye on people, but constantly staring and being around every corner I would turn felt a bit excessive. This is where clothing and accessories (and some shoes) from Lulu's can be found at very low prices. Most of the items in the bins are $10 and the dresses are a bit more. I found a hooded sweatshirt for daughter and a knit wrap dress & summer hat for me. Everything was $10. There are dressing rooms at the back of the store so unlike the online store, you can actually try stuff on. There's something to be said about brick'n'mortar stores! Make sure to check the hours and days - they are open Fri - Sat. I also noticed they have a Senior Hour on Sunday from 10:00 - 11:00. I wonder if that's when they give out AARP discounts? I could have spent more time here but I was conscious of making the BF wait and wait...besides there is more to life than just shopping. Well, sometimes.

Carol and Jenny welcomed me with open arms. They made me feel so good when I walked in there. I've been feeling a little negative about my body lately but Carol dressed me, and I felt like the most beautiful woman in the world just letting her give me clothes and telling me what looks good on me and I came home with a beautiful new wardrobe that I get to mix-and-match but the mother of the groom dress is absolutely gorgeous. I begged my daughter-in-law to let me know if it was OK to wear black. She's the one that actually picked it out for me so I'm wearing this lovely little number with a gorgeous Kimono sheath over the top, and I'm going to look absolutely gorgeous alongside the bride, the mother of the bride and my handsome son I can't wait! It's located in a small strip mall on the corner of cohasset. I spotted the signage and was immediately drawn in to the "sale" sign! As I walked in I didn't go more than 5 feet before I started pulling clothes and shoes to try on. The racks were full of stylish spring wear and they had a nice selection of winter sale clothes too. I must have tried on at least 8 jackets and vests. The shop isn't that big but I must have spent an hour in there. I left with some pretty cute pieces that I look forward to wearing! There were three sales clerks working when I was in and all were super friendly and helpful. They even wrapped my clothes in adorable tissue paper designed with birds! Loved extra touch. Can't wait to come back on my next trip to Chico.

I tried to buy my friend a gift for her 18th birthday, I go in this store for the first time and I…read morebuy a pair of pants that I thought might be cute, however I knew if they did not fit her I would return them as the pants would not fit me and they were $70 that was supposed to go toward her. I informed the workers who I was looking for and that it was a gift, not once did anybody bring up a "return policy" however I ended up seeing it on the receipt the day I went to return them 6 days later(which is within the 14 day return policy.) I walk in the store and talk to the man at the counter and explain that the pants don't fit and I would like a refund. I had my receipt, tags on the pants, and aside from when I finally gifted the pants to her and she tried them on, they have only been in a clean bag that I had also bought that day. The man seemed as if he would give me a refund as well but then says they smell of cigarettes, which they absolutely do not, but even if so I explained that if we can't wash them them that is not our fault whatsoever. But like I said we do not smoke and the pants have been in a smoke free car ever since we found out they didn't fit. The man sends me out the store and leaves me confused because whatever he is smelling neither I nor my friend can smell, because they are brand new and again we do not smoke, nor should someone be expected to alter how the environment they are in smells to accommodate a pair of pants that we aren't even sure will fit. I called the store multiple times with being sent to voicemail Everytime, and eventually resulted to e-mailing the business, I approach the situation as detailed and respectful as I can and it has been several days with no reply. Makes me think they are purposefully avoiding my email so they can tell me it is past the 14 day return policy. It makes me feel like they are just finding any ways to keep money even if it means bad business, it shows greed, unprofessionalism, lack of communication, lack of accountability, and it did not do anything but take my money and leave me with pants that will not fit anybody. I wouldnt even be making this review if they would have answered my email trying to find a middle ground or some form of understanding, even if they respectfully declined my request to return and explained exactly why would be better than being completely ignored. I've debated going back into the store, however the only reason I would even go back at this point is to say this which I have said to you guys about 3 times now all in different forms of communication. You cannot say I have not tried or have not been respectful about this situation and you choose to "reply" with silence. I would not bring my business back here ever, which is sad to say because I really do like the female employees there, all very accommodating and welcoming, the man at the front and whoever is in charge of answering emails is who I am directing this message to as those are the only 2 factors of this store that have absolutely repelled me to spend money at the establishment again.
