It's a little better now, but the pain still flares up and is very intense at times. Even worse, I'm a teacher, so I'm often on my feet for 5-6 hours per day, and I would be hobbling out of class at the end of each day. We were going to take a vacation in August that would require quite a bit of walking, so I just wandered in to Nelson's to ask about some comfortable shoes that that didn't look like athletic shoes. We walked several miles each day, and I was 90% pain-free! It really felt miraculous. I wouldn't pay the prices they are asking, but I would if they put more care into the clothes they're selling and cleaning up the place generally. I think they could make the store easier to navigate and worth the prices by reducing overall inventory by 15%, and removing the stained and damaged and not-vintage clothes from the regular section, and having a distinct clearance section for those items.

With Marshall's new receipt policy for online purchases it took 5 associates including the manager Indi 45 minutes to figure out how to issue me a refund. Even then they ended up giving me cash back instead of putting the refund back on my TJMAXX card which is what I used to make the original purchase. I had ALL of my paperwork showing the purchase! They were all very RUDE and treated me like I was doing something wrong! They were making snide comments not realizing that I could hear them! It's not my fault that items aren't packed securely and then mailed with FedEx who does NOT handle packages with care!! I am really starting to rethink if I want to continue purchasing from Marshall's.com!
