A lovely older lady came in with a ring that she wanted authenticated for a buyer she'd lined up. He agreed that the diamond was real and approximate price range. When her customer arrived to hear if the diamond was real instead of doing what he'd AGREED TO DO - Nathan took the man and started degrading the ring, the setting, saying that this would make his girlfriend angry because she wouldn't like the sharp corners. What?!He was asked to authenticate the diamond ring. Instead, he threw the older woman under the bus and tried to make the sale himself, damaging her product, wasting her time and leaving me never wanting to shop there again.
