I went to RideNow Powersports Surprise a couple months ago to replace my tires. Stock tires were…read morejust squared off badly, and didn't think anything could go wrong with a simple tire change. But boy was I wrong. They sold me a new set of Michelin Commander 3s. Rear tire was maybe a year old, and the front was 5 and a half year years old. Additionally the front tire creates a lot of harmonic foot vibration at certain speeds, 35-45mph mostly, and slightly at around 60mph. I called back to see if there is something they could do and take a look, and confirm that the harmonic vibration is just coming from the tire and honor the warranty. I have checked the brakes to make sure they are seated properly, and the chain to make sure it was aligned. It's a 2 year old bike and doubt it's the wheel bearings. The service rep I spoke to said they spoke to their service manager, and stated that they could legally sell me a tire up to a week before expiration and there is zero recourse on my end, and not honor any warranty. They will not help in the least, but they did ask me to bring the bike in (at a charge). Fat chance. In spite of my low expectation of RideNow Powersports Surprise, They managed to disappoint and infuriate me beyond what I could expect. So there goes 580 bucks of my money, and need to go to Go AZ next to see what else they screwed up and buy a proper set of tires. if it is something significant. they will be served papers requiring them to show up to small claims to pay for fixing my bike. In the meantime, if there is a place to list a review, I am leaving this on every AZ motorcycle forum, every facebook page, and any other place that can have a review. If they don't listen to me over the phone, perhaps they will respond to countless reviews EDIT After this post was made, someone at RideNow Powersports Surprise was made aware of my situation. The service manager called me directly asking what they could do to make this right. Ultimately, they ended up ordering me a new front tire, and replaced it as a rush request. Tire is fine now and they took corrective action against the person that I was talking to regarding this issue. I cannot say I will still ever be back, but they did correct their actions. It just shouldn't have to come down to this. Changed to 2 stars.

After paying Steve almost $4,000 for repairs on my golf cart, including four new tires, I began to…read moreexperience a slow leak in one of the tires after only a few months. I contacted Steve three times to have him pick up my golf cart to fix the tire. Each time I called him, he said "I'll call you early next week to come and pick it up". The last time we spoke, he said "I need to find the paperwork for the tires". Who the hell cares? I just needed my tire fixed! I ended up pulling the tire off myself, taking it to S&S Tire, they fixed it for $16. A bad bead, which is what I suspected. That's a really nice way to treat someone who hands over that kind of money to you.
