We brought it back and took more PTO. They said luckily it was under warranty. Well, it better be because that's the same part you tried to fix two days ago. And this day it's still leaks but I'm not trusting them to touch it a third time. 8/7/26 My husband's Chevy Trax had the coolant system "fixed" and we got it Friday at 5pm. It's Sunday 8/9/26 at 8:30am and our car overheats in a drive thru and we had to keep turning it off. Luckily we were a few miles from home and let it cool so we could drive instead of walking 2 miles in 100+ temps. Christian Brothers put us in a really dangerous position. When we had to get the Ford fixed for the second time that was a red flag that we should've listened to. But because we needed our overheated Trax towed, it was easiest to go with Christian Brothers. Let me tell you... Do you not take the easy way out because of the "free tow" because after $1300 our car is still not fixed and now we have to take PTO and rearrange our schedules all over again. I don't think it's a free tow anyhow; I'm sure it's added to the cost of the car services.

My experience…read morestarted off strong; I was greeted warmly with a water, and my salesman, Dustin, was a polite, upfront gentleman. However, the experience fell apart during the trade-in process. After being quoted a fair range of $1,500-$2,000, the "verdict" came back at a laughable $500 for a low-mileage Ninja 300, citing wear-and-tear costs that didn't come close to justifying a $1,500 drop. When I chose to walk away from the deal and mentioned that my time had been wasted, I was met with shocking behavior from the General Manager, Brian Ruiterman. Instead of trying to save the deal or de-escalate, Brian made a dismissive hand gesture and told me, "BYE, BYE." To be treated with such arrogance by a GM is unacceptable. Dustin actually came out to apologize for his manager's behavior, which says a lot about the culture Brian is fostering. I would have likely bought the bike outright without the trade-in if the management hadn't been so disrespectful. I will be reaching out to corporate and Gina Marra. If this is how the leadership treats customers, go elsewhere.

So finally i called Productive Towing again and they came right away, i wished i would've booked them the first time I called! The most honest and professional service i ever received. I would say the minute iliya showed up put a smile on my face, even tho i was stuck in a situation, he handled everything with personal touch and went above and beyond! I feel stupid for not booking them at the first place as they were even cheaper than the company i paid before that and they never showed up. So going forward i 100% recommend Productive Towing as your first choice!
