My husband and I went back the next day to replace the battery, since both of us assumed that was the issue. No such luck. It still would not start. Now mind you, my car is 16 years old with over 140,000 miles on it, so the list of possible issues is long at this point. I went on Google to try to find a mobile mechanic who could come and take a look at it. I saw this place had a high rating amd great reviews, so I called the number listed. A very friendly voice belonging to Brian (the owner & mechanic) answered the phone and said he could come and take a look at it that evening. Because his other call took up that whole day, I told him he could just meet me the following morning. He showed up promptly at the time he said he would be there, and within 2 minutes of examining my car, he knew that the problem was my starter. He was able to fix it temporarily enough for me to drive the car home. He went to buy the parts and met me at my home later that same day to replace the starter. When he told me the final price of everything, I was shocked...in a good way! The cost was much much less than what I was fearing I would owe when it was all said and done. How refreshing in today's world to not have someone try to rip you off! He also did not try to upsell me on parts I didn't need, which is a rare find in an auto mechanic. Overall, I was so impressed with Brian's knowledge, his friendly demeanor, sincerity, and I could tell he really cares about helping his customers.
