The front and rear bumpers, the spoiler, and the door handles were all losing their clear coat. It honestly looked like a bad case of sunburn. On top of that, all four wheels had noticeable curb rash. For a car with such low mileage, it was frustrating to see it looking that worn down. We brought it to USA Collision at 10020 N Cave Creek Rd and worked with Hovik, the estimator. From the start, he was confident and straightforward. He told us the car would look like new when the work was done--and he absolutely delivered on that promise. The paint finish is flawless, everything matches perfectly, and the attention to detail really stands out. The wheels look great again, and the entire car looks better than we remember it ever looking, even when it was newer. Met with Hovik....he's a real pro....was upfront in I might have some out of pocket costs if the insureds carrier didn't totally cover their labor rate. He completely handled dealing with Root Insurance and getting approvals for over $6,500 in damages not covered in the original estimate of $4,300. And ultimately I had no out of pocket costs. From drop off, then evaluation, parts orders, body replacements and repair, I had my car back in great shape and all done in less than 6 weeks.
