I purchased a Triumph Bonneville last Friday and am fresh off returning from a Sunday jaunt up to South Mountain. I'm in good spirits, and am reflecting on the whole bike purchase process and wanted to share and say..... If only all motorcycle dealerships; nay - ALL dealerships in general were as customer friendly as Go AZ. It's Riders Selling To Riders (or prospective riders!). No tricks, no scams, no forced up-selling. Just mutual respect and a wish to get you out on the road on a bike that fits you both ergonomically AND financially. That's what it should always be like..... A special 'thank you' to Connor and John for being with me through the whole process. Making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I have horrific anxiety at the best of times, so having friendly faces around was greatly appreciated. I hope to be a customer for many years to come, and look forward to my first service and future visits

Let me start by saying I've bought two new motorcycles from GoAZ, one in Scottsdale, and one from…read morePeoria. This doesn't count thousands in gear and parts over the years. So when I went looking for a new bike, I thought of them. A 2026 Triumph 900 Alpine edition was what I was looking for. Now, I search to get the best deal, regardless. So I found a bike at a different dealership, but out of state. Screaming deal, and I have the written sales offer. I call up GoAZ Scottsdale, ask if they price match, and explain the situation. "No problem, come down, we will match the price." The next day, I call to see how late they're open. It's only a half-hour before closing (Sunday) so I say I'll just come down tomorrow. That's where the problem starts. First I hear the bike I have the deal on looks like it's a demo bike. I tell them no, that's a bike in California, it's not the bike I have the written offer for. This bike is brand new, no defects whatsoever. Then, a day AFTER I gave all the details, I'm told the Tiger GoAZ has on lot is damaged and has had to have "a lot of parts replaced". I ask how that happened, and I'm told someone "dropped it in the basement". Sure. Someone dropped a bike in the basement and caused so much damage you're too far into it to price match, despite your advertising such. Very convenient. So, either GoAZ is selling a damaged motorcycle as new, or they are reneging on their price matching. You be the judge.

Owner lacks honesty. Take your bike elsewhere…read more The only reason I took my bike here is because of JC the tech who works on the bikes. JC is super cool, knowledgeable, honest and does a great job. Hopefully he can run his own business one day and leave SPC. He deserves much better. Anyways, Took my bike in for repair using my third party warranty to cover. Thomas the owner was real nice at first and communicative. Stated he would get the bike done by Monday. Come Wednesday bike wasn't even looked at yet, stated they were busy. Which is why I ask prior to dropping off to avoid having to wait longer than usual. Come Friday the bike was finally done after waiting one week for simple repairs. So beware, the dishonest timeframes they will tell you just to get you in and drop your bike off. Secondly, Thomas is a little disingenuous when it comes payment. I was told one thing over the phone and once the job was completed he stated I owed a different number than what was agreed on (should have got it in writing). When trying to call him out on it, he states he never said that and will hold your bike random until you pay the amount that he asks. Owner states, this is charge for the time due to sending emails and phone calls back and forth with the insurance. Which I told him is part of the business. You don't get paid for emails and phone calls. I end up paying what he ask and told him I'll never use a business who is dishonest to this customers. Another review on SPC stated something similar when it came to payment method less than 30 days ago. Either way, this owner/shop lacks honesty.
