Rugged main headset comes disconnected loud pop if I power down ride command. Fix for "pop" just don't turn off ride command???? Fix it and install it right so it doesn't sound like someone is yanking wires out of an amp. Refusing to honor their workmanship warranty saying "user error or ride command update issue". That doesn't randomly turn features on and off, cause sno sound on external speakers and ground noise through headset. They added clutch kit and now shifter is sloppy and loose. How does that happen? Oh and any response he posts- he turns everything around to make the posting person look to be the bad guy so just wait for it.... Ha

Unfortunately I was in the hospital when I needed to pick up my rzr so I sent my son and paid thinking everything was done. But it was not. They did my clutch which I have still not been able to test as I'm still recovering but my exhaust was not repaired as we spoke about and when I tried to call, I've left multiple messages. Then all the sudden I've been blocked. I call over and over again to see if I'm just a lucky guy that is calling when they're already on the phone, but it goes straight to voicemail again so now I decided that it was time to leave a review because for all the good reviews they have that's not the service that I got with the communication trying to get a hold of somebody in the beginning when I drop the car off, Chief was great Communication was awesome. Prices were OK then when I call after pick up, I'm completely ignored and I'm sure there's gonna be a very different rebuttal of course but it's OK once I recover and get into the car to test the clutch I'll be writing another review or updating this one.

AAA got me to the shop. I believe the owner greeted me upon arrival and immediately got to work inspecting my bike. While the puncture was large, he assured me it could be patched (not plugged). I left the bike at 1pm and it was ready by 6pm. Here is the thing, the shop was super busy, packed with other customers vehicles , and these guy still got me back in the highway. I went to RideNow Powersports Surprise a couple months ago to replace my tires. Stock tires were…read morejust squared off badly, and didn't think anything could go wrong with a simple tire change. But boy was I wrong. They sold me a new set of Michelin Commander 3s. Rear tire was maybe a year old, and the front was 5 and a half year years old. Additionally the front tire creates a lot of harmonic foot vibration at certain speeds, 35-45mph mostly, and slightly at around 60mph. I called back to see if there is something they could do and take a look, and confirm that the harmonic vibration is just coming from the tire and honor the warranty. I have checked the brakes to make sure they are seated properly, and the chain to make sure it was aligned. It's a 2 year old bike and doubt it's the wheel bearings. The service rep I spoke to said they spoke to their service manager, and stated that they could legally sell me a tire up to a week before expiration and there is zero recourse on my end, and not honor any warranty. They will not help in the least, but they did ask me to bring the bike in (at a charge). Fat chance. In spite of my low expectation of RideNow Powersports Surprise, They managed to disappoint and infuriate me beyond what I could expect. So there goes 580 bucks of my money, and need to go to Go AZ next to see what else they screwed up and buy a proper set of tires. if it is something significant. they will be served papers requiring them to show up to small claims to pay for fixing my bike. In the meantime, if there is a place to list a review, I am leaving this on every AZ motorcycle forum, every facebook page, and any other place that can have a review. If they don't listen to me over the phone, perhaps they will respond to countless reviews EDIT After this post was made, someone at RideNow Powersports Surprise was made aware of my situation. The service manager called me directly asking what they could do to make this right. Ultimately, they ended up ordering me a new front tire, and replaced it as a rush request. Tire is fine now and they took corrective action against the person that I was talking to regarding this issue. I cannot say I will still ever be back, but they did correct their actions. It just shouldn't have to come down to this. Changed to 2 stars.

Dropped my Raptor 660R off for tune and repair. I purchased it used from Craigslist but ran pretty…read morewell. Next time I used it, it wouldn't run right. I told KMS to do what ever it takes to clean it up and also Dyno tune it, money wasn't a concern. They were honest and went above and beyond to diagnose and resolve the issues. They resolved the issue, tuned the bike and fixed some things I didn't even mention. They also topped off my oil and adjusted the clutch. I'm stoked they didn't try to BS me into fake repairs like most shops almost always do!!! I took the quad out to The Boulders OHV area and did a 35mile trail ride, ran flawless. They're amazing! I will be having all my work done here with my other toys too.
