On a Sunday (after 7/4/26) Bladimir came out within 30 minutes of being called. Found the problem immediately. Had the part on-hand! Within 20 mins., unit was fixed. Had outside unit double checked also, no problems. They are definately my go to company now. I will tell all my realty/realtor friends. read more

We are very pleased with the service JBG provided. We wanted and needed a new condenser and furnace installed. They returned our call almost immediately, showed up when we requested, wrote up a fair itemized estimate using good products, and offered great financing if we chose. We had several contractors out and JBG just presented themselves best, so we chose them. No regrets and cold air with a cool thermostat Thanks JBG Heating and AC read more

They came on time and fixed the AC in reasonable time. They charge reasonable prices.

Good business. I never felt like i was being upsold or that I was being pressured into doing expensive repairs or replacements. All of the advice given was practical and honest. I will be calling them again for future a/c issues read more

My new go-to HVAC company. I loyally used a different company for many years until they started price gouging. JBG was extremely professional and did a great job. Quick turnaround. On time. They replaced my evaporator unit for 800$ less than the other company. Will be using them for all my future HVAC needs. read more

You can really see why JBG only has five star reviews! I sent out a bunch of Yelp requests for HVAC repair when my a/c stopped blowing cold air and another company came to diagnose a failed compressor, with a quote for almost 4k. I sent out some additional requests for quotes on this part but almost everyone either wanted to come do another $75-95 diagnostic to say the same thing or told me the unit was too old/parts were too difficult to find so I should just replace the whole unit. Bladimir got back to me with zero hassle about just wanting a quote and had the best one out of all the people I spoke with that day, probably 15+ companies. He even had a model-specific rep for my out of date HVAC that had the parts in stock. They were able to come out to replace the compressor early afternoon the next day and were extremely responsive over text. However, when they left there was still no cold air. He came first thing the next morning and was able to diagnose that wires were also touching and causing the system to blow HOT AIR every time the a/c came on, and fixed it immediately! The compressor was still damaged and needed to be replaced, not just the wiring issue and we're not sure why they happened together, but I feel like another company would have charged for more expensive parts or just force a whole system replacement without trying to find this simple fix. He also repaired the thermostat housing which had never attached to the wall properly at no charge. 100/10. I hope I never have a/c issues again but he's the only one I would call and would a billion percent recommend him and his team to anyone needing to get cool again. read more

Long overdue review. JBG replaced our entire HVAC system last September and cannot recommend them enough. At a time where we are seeing Private Equity buy up many home service providers and overcharge their clients, it was a pleasure working with this family-owned business. Not only did they come in under other quotes received for comparable systems, they offered flexible financing and great customer service. Installation was quick and smooth and have had zero issues.I recommend these guys to anyone I know needing HVAC service. read more

They do not service my area but they were extraordinarily friendly, punctual, and professional in their Communications.

Same day service fast and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them in the future and I appreciate their quality work.

We hired them through Yelp, needed our A/C unit repaired. They responded very quickly, were transparent with pricing, and came out the same day. They were knowledgeable and very professional. We were very impressed with the quality of service, and their responsiveness. Since then we've hired them a second time, and once again they were able to come out quickly and resolve the issue. Highly recommended! read more

They came on time and fixed the AC very quickly. They did not over charge for there service.

Started a mini split install I didn't feel comfortable finishing. Bladimir was responsive and professional and the price was far more reasonable than what I was quoted by other businesses here on Yelp. read more

My HVAC coil went out 45 days after install via American Home Shield and they denied my claim so i got to pay twice for the same service. Luckily, after paying the "R" company with all the ads and trucks to diagnose and being told i needed a whole new compressor/coil/furnace I asked them to leave and pulled JBG out of the hat. Bladimir came out the next day, confirmed the coil was in stock and had it installed later that afternoon! What?? Yes sir. Not only was the service exemplary, but the quote was very competitive and i was able to have him come back and resize some duct work to help balance the airflow upstairs. It's a small company which i prefer and there was zero effort to try and upsell me. If you need any HVAC work, save yourself the headache and extra money you will spend with the big named firms. JBG is what this business ought to be about, honesty and value for service. Can't recommend them enough. read more

Outstanding experience. Props to the technician, Agustin, who showed up early and had my AC issues diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes! Super nice guy as well. He had to contend with my overly loving, rapidly growing pup and took the "abuse" like a champ haha (Agustin has 3 dogs). I should also mention, I had my AC lose cold air Sunday morning; JBG jumped at the opportunity to come out the same day -- on a holiday weekend. All with a very fair price. read more

These guys are awesome. It started off a little rocky so I was not sure how it would work out. The team was professional and treated my home with respect. They communicated as needed. They fulfilled the job that I was looking for. They went above and beyond the service requested. I highly recommend this company. read more

My builder undersized my AC unit and it could not keep up during extreme heat as we are experiencing now. I called multiple AC companies, and they tell me different things, what I need to replace, etc. Its hard to know who is right and I had to do my own thorough research. I found JBG heating on Yelp and the owner gave me the lowest bid for the same unit compared to others. Lowest bid is not necessarily a good thing, so I proceeded with caution. Asked him questions. Surprisingly he would answer all my questions immediately during off hours up to 11pm. He's fast and responsive and based on my research his answer were the best. I moved forward with his recommendation of American Standard AC Unit as it was affordable and high reliability. Was a keep it simple model. The more you add, the more things can break. When he came out, he and his coworker were very professional. He arrived when he said he was going arrive. He even went the extra mile to check on my attic EV Coils and drained the lines out for free. He said there was a little clog. He's very soft spoken (compared to a lot of contractors). I dont feel any upselling or anything like that, compared to talking with others. He just tells me what I need to know, and recommendations and we proceed from there. I'm a little surprised as of now just 1 review. The guy is great. I found him on Yelp and he is Yelp's biggest secret! read more

I can't recommend JBG enough. Our AC stopped working and we realized that we needed to replace our whole system (it was very old). We originally had another company come over and give us a quote and it felt very high so I called JBG and to get a second quote. I called Bladimir at 6pm and he was able to come by early the next morning. He was honest and his pricing was great. His crew came the next morning and replaced everything by 2pm. We are so happy with their service. Highly recommend. Also, we love that they use American standard products. In terms of value, JBG exceeded our expectations. Bladimir is extremely responsive. Wow!!! I accidentally made the best decision to go with JBG. I was in a real bind and needed an installer quick. I reached out and Bladimir gave me a fair bid, but I had no experience or referral to JBG. All I had to go on was the online reviews. I decided to go for it. Bladimir blew me away with the professionalism and expertise of he and his team have. They showed up on time, did an amazing install in a timely manner. Then they double checked afterwords to make sure everything was working properly. Seriously... best accidental decision I have made in a long time. read more

Bladamir responded quickly to my request, once we confirmed the work JBG showed up on time and got our a/c's back up and running. I made sure to put his card by our thermostat so that we just call him as soon as there is a problem. Actually, I need to have him put us on a maintenance schedule. If he does that. read more

Our thermostat just shut off out of nowhere last night and it was going to be 104 the next day. I gave Bladimir a call Sunday morning (Father's day btw) and he was over within an hour -- now that's service! He was able to troubleshoot the problem and fix everything within 30 mins. My husband and I are so grateful for his urgency so last minute -- especially since I'm 6 months pregnant and don't know what I would've done if we didn't get our air turned back on. JBG was worth every penny! read more

Great communication. Fast response time. Very helpful technician. Recommend them to others

I highly recommend JGB for air conditioning repair. In the middle of the night, I noticed that our air conditioner wasn't cooling. I searched online and found JGB Heating and Air Conditioning. I sent Bladimir Sanchez a text at 4 am, hoping that I would be contacted first thing when they open. At 7 am, he scheduled an appointment to come out between 9 and 10 am same day! After the problem was diagnosed to be a failed capacitor, the air conditioner was working within 15 minutes! In addition to fast, high quality service, the pricing was also very reasonable. I will definitely call JGB the next time I need AC repair! read more

Bladimir is amazing! I'm so glad my friend passed his name along to us. He's replaced both AC units in our current 20 year old house and gave us the best price hands down! He currently does yearly maintenance for us, my mom's house, and troubleshoots the AC units at our commercial buildings. I've recommended him to my neighbors and my friends. He went to a friend's house at 10pm bc her unit went out in August to help her out. I cannot recommend him enough! read more

It is a nice privately own company. I work with the owner Bladimir, very approachable and knowledgeable of his business. The replace the first floor unit in less than one day. I've used JBG a few times and have nothing but positive things to say about them. They are extremely responsive and personable. Pricing seems very fair and Bladimir (their tech) is super kind and knowledgeable. The second time he even asked if we had our child yet, which we did three weeks earlier, and I was kind of blown away that he remembered. It's that and a lot of other thing that will make JBG my go to HVAC company. read more

Bladimir Sanchez responded to our call related to our air conditioning unit not cooling appropriately. Luckily, I was able to get a same-day appointment. Our heater stopped working a few days ago (during the ice storm) so I contacted a few companies to see when someone was available. JBG responded in less than a minute and came out as soon as the roads were safe. Our heater was fixed within 20 minutes. He gave us heaps of valuable advice so we don't run into the same issue again. Would definitely recommend hiring JBG. A bonus is that it was a very reasonable price. read more

I purchase my first house, the HVAC ducts were old and the insolation was falling off, I had to replase them since they were collecting water. When I reach out for help, JBG Heating & Air Conditioning contact me inmediatly, great communication skills, they explain me the plan, the cost and to be honest, I did my research and I got a competitive quote but what really convince me, was that they were able to start almost inmidiatly. Bladamir did the inspection but send his team to get the job done, almost at the end, he show up to inspect with me the rest of my HVAC system, compression, capasitor, filters and the HVAC ducts replasement job. My AC went out at an inopportune time as we had relatives coming to stay with us for Mother's Day week. We obtained several quotes for work needed that were exuberant to say the least. I researched what replacement parts and whole new units cost and how much it should cost to have professionally installed and these quotes were a joke, so I reached out on Yelp. Bladimir contacted me shortly after I listed the project and we set up a call for the next day. He arrived on time, completely analyzed the issue and recommended we replace the evaporator coil. His quote was in line with my research for this work and I agreed. He confirmed he could get the part later that day and could be back early 2 days later to install. After he left, he was able to find a same day pick up of the part and had his team back out at 1:30 that day. They finished the install by 5:00 PM and I am now a JBG customer for life. Honest, hardworking, goes above and beyond expectations. Thank you Bladimir. read more

Not just another rip-n-replace HVAC shop, but an actual experienced tech who diagnoses, debugs, and then proposes actual repair options. I was told by the first tech from another shop that I'd have to spend thousands and thousands of dollars to completely replace my AC. The AC was just switching off when it got too hot so I felt a repair should be possible. I called a couple more shops and explained things over the phone but they all said I'd have to replace the compressor, condenser for nearly the cost of the entire unit. JBG said he could do a replacement of just the condenser for far less than the others were quoting if necessary, so I asked him to look. He called back to say no replacement condenser was needed: there was a plugged up valve and a dirty filter. HE proposed a lesser repair than the one I was expecting and he fixed it all for far far less than I was originally quoted by others. He is smart and found an actual _repair_. On top of that he's got integrity. Solid! read more
