I started going to Jazzy Nails months ago. This review is well over due. I got hooked when I was visiting various salons in the Valley to find a solid place to purchase a couple of gift certificates. While I have tried several other salons in the Valley, I never went into Jazzy because I thought the prices would be a lot higher than competitors given the size and conspicuously nicer salon. I discovered, comparing prices for certificates, that Jazzy Salon's prices are identical to those of other salons but their service WAY superior. It was the first salon I stepped into where I was greeted warmly and attended quickly. It's a family business and Tran and her sisters are the bomb. All professional, courteous, fun, and welcoming. And there's an ambiance! Makes all the difference when you want to unwind - the other salons seemed uncomfortably quiet and not-social. At Jazzy Nails, you are welcomed - never have I been turndown. Even arriving 10 minutes before close, the staff will try their best to accommodate you and give you the full service - not rushing through massages, etc. I used to only get my nails done as an occasional treat, but because of the superior service and experience, I find the benefits of going to Jazzy Nails for a quick mani, wax, or mani-pedi are lasting. Tran and Tina are awesome! Cash is always best for tipping, but if you cannot, ensure you advise cashier that you want to place tip on credit card before the card being run. read more

I live in the Littleton area and have driven all over the Denver metro area trying to find a salon that knows how to do dipped nails as well as Jazzy Nails. I have seen at least 4 different people there and all of them did a great job! The atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly and I absolutely love how everyone seems to get along. Bo/ Beau is my favorite! He did a French manicure with the dipping powder that is so perfect, that even a trained eye couldn't find a flaw in. Now if only I could remember the other salon he works at in castle rock I wouldn't have to drive 2 hours to see him. read more

Make an appointment. Totally chaotic. I was told they'd fit me in by 4:00 by the woman who seemed to be in charge but then after waiting about 15 minutes (3:30ish) the man told me to go ahead and sit in a pedicure chair. After my feet were already in the water, the woman started yelling at me, asking did I have an appointment and why was I now in a chair when I wasn't supposed to be until 4:00. I don't ever expect to get yelled at in a nail salon especially because I did what I was told. This will likely keep me from coming back. Deluxe pedicure was efficient and well done but no massage at the drying chair as I see people talking about here. Bottom line, make an appointment. read more

Absolutely the best manicure I've had. I live in Los Angeles and came here on vacation and it is better than any place I've had there. My guy was super gentle on my cuticles and did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend coming here! read more

Truly the best pedicure and manicure I have had, which is why I am a regular here. My gel manicures often last for 6 weeks, and by that time my nails have grown out but the polish is still perfect. Don't hesitate to call and make an appointment at Jazzy Nails! read more

It was $25 for a regular manicure which exceeds manicures I've had in NYC. All other salons I've been to since COVID have sanitized manicure sets in a sealed packs which they open right before doing the manicure. The nail polish seemed old and thick. They also have a drying station which does not have any blow dryer to speed up drying time. My nails look fine but not worth the money. read more

First time in here.. I love this place . Great service, friendly staff and excellent manicure. Very reasonable price ! Highly recommended!! . read more

They didn't listen to a word I said. She cut my nails way shorter then I ask they are all different shapes. She refused to do the nail design I asked for, even after I asked if someone else could do it. Not a good experience. read more

A $60 mani/pedi should take longer than 30'minutes and look a heckuva lot better than mine does. The polish is messy, there's still dead skin around my toes and on the bottoms of my feet and my cuticles are ragged. Absolutely not worth the money. read more

Great place! Clean, new, nice set up, and decent prices. The staff was very friendly. One of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. The girl who did my nails really took her time, was very professional, and made sure I liked everything. It seems as though most places have really been skimping on the leg and foot massage, but not here. As an added bonus when your pedicure is over and you are waiting for your toes to dry (or when you are completely finished, if you get a gel pedi) they offer a neck and shoulder massage. Good selection of gel colors which is another perk. They also offer bottled water or hot tea when you arrive. Overall it was a great experience. Wish I lived closer, because this would be my new go to nail salon. read more

DO NOT COME AND WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Woud not recommend to ANYONE. A young guy who did on my friend nails was excessively rude and impatient. They sat us down for pedicure then the lady who worked on my feet was worse. She shaped my toes nails uneven and left cuticles partially undone. My heel look like disaster, scab was still hung when i was having the additional charged extra for callus remover but she gave a shitty job. My massage was short and the polish was all over my skin :( WORST NAILS EXPERIENCE EVER! read more

The staff were great! Accommodated our large group with just a few hours notice. We were able to bring our own beverages and snacks. Nails look amazing. Nice massage chairs, friendly staff and shoulder massages after our pedis. read more

I love it here. They do great work. My gel nails last three weeks, and they are always a uniform look, all the same shape and length. Huge selection of colors, fast & quality service. I have gone all over the valley, but i choose to go to Jazzy ! read more

We came into this place letting them know we didn't have much time to spare. It took 2 HOURS to get our nails done. Staff was kind, but it was ridiculously slow. read more

Great customer service!!! I truly admire Kai's expertise and workmanship. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I tried Jazzy nails over the weekend. Sadly we were beyond disappointed and couldn't believe they had so many clients there. The place was not clean, the tools were not sanitized, the staff was snotty and did a poor job from beginning to end. We had 2 different staff members and both were subpar. And it was expensive. We will never be back. read more

Love love love jazzy nails! Such an amazing nail salon and the techs are true artists! I will never go to another salon in the valley read more

Jazzy Nails - I just got the new chrome holographic color and am obsessed with it! Thanks Tyler! You always do an amazing job! - Massage Near Me - Avon, Colorado

Lots of great manicurists on staff, new pedi chairs, and a great selection of polish. But the shoulder massage while your nails dry is what puts Jazzy Nails over the top for me. read more

Excellent service. They took care of my bridal party and even cracked jokes with us. I appreciate their attention to detail. Thank you!

I live in the valley and am very grateful to have found this place! Clean, lots of chairs, quality service and a neck message as your nails dry. Definitely recommend! read more

This is a one of a kind nail salon. The design of place is really nice and put together. The place is clean and well managed. I got a pedicure,my eyebrows waxed, and acrylic off my nails from my last full set that I couldn't get off for the life of me. They have nice comfortable seats so I enjoyed my pedicure, the lady that did it took her time. The other lady (sorry not good at names) did my acrylic take off and eyebrows. I like that the lady kept my eyebrows thick which has been a big problem when getting my eyebrows done and she was quick. When she took my acrylic off it was also quick and she didn't try to chip the acrylic off like some shops, she did it the proper way by soaking my nails and filing the rest off. I also spoke to the owner he's a really nice guy that cares about his customers and employees. But It's not over yet, when I was sitting waiting for my feet to dry the lady that did my pedicure gave me a massage. YES a massage it was an amazing surprise. This is now the only nail salon I go to when I'm in Colorado. read more

Very disappointed in this experience. I got a simple pedicure which took a very rushed 15 minutes, did not get cuticles cut or dead skin scrubbed... would not go back. Polish applied nicely but waste of my money as I could have painted by own nails. read more

I've heard so many good things about Jazzy Nails from multiple people. My friend and I had been wanting to get our nails done for weeks and finally decided to do it. We had both heard good things about Jazzy Nails and decided to give them a try. What an awful choice that was. Both of our nail techs rushed through the job and never listened to what we wanted. We both explained we needsed our nails very short. Neither one of them seemed to care. I showed her a simple picture of the style I wanted my nails. She said she could do it no problem. Well, she was wrong. I left with big white glopss on my fingers. Not one nail is filed straight. They are all slanted and different lengths. I couldn't be more disappointed. Hands down the worst manicure I've ever gotten. I will never go back. Get you stuff together peeps. If you are going to charge as much as you do, the work should be next to perfect. read more

Great service. My girlfriend's nails look amazing. Easy walk in appointments. Very pleasant staff. Clean and relaxing environment. Will be her go-to place for mani's and pedi's up in the mountains! read more

I was really upset with the work they did. Didn't like at all. The owner there was rude and after me telling them I didn't like they she still charge me. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I am local I know what I'm telling you. read more

Nice pedicure but way too fast!!! We have always liked their work and some of the long time staff are really good. But lately they really rush through our pedicures and manicures. Will ask for the operator we have used in the past, if she also rushes her work, we will give up on the shop. read more

What I liked: The place is clean and has a nice atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and patient. The color selection is outstanding. The longevity of the polish after a week is great. However: $45 for a fill with a gel top coat is pricey. Not only that, but the nine layers of gel polish (unnecessary amount of coats) left my nails looking brick like, not the natural look I had asked for. Worst of all, the nails were unevenly buffed, resulting in slopes on the sides of the nails. It's your call. There were plenty of high end customers in the place, so it can't be all bad, but I've been getting my nails done consistently for a few years now, and can confidently say the quality wasn't what I expected for such a steep price. Maybe acrylic just isn't their specialty. read more

My first visit to Jazzy won't be my last! Great service, I had an appointment and was taken as soon as I walked in, given a cold bottle of water, then my tec set to work giving my one of the best manicures I've had here in the valley, she took her time, corrected any imperfections, the end result was a beautiful manicure, thank you Jazzy nails, I will be back!! read more

Normally, I would recommend Jazzy Nails, but not this time. For the first time I asked for a dip manicure...it chipped off on 3 nails within two days. What a disappointment and pricey too. A good place for other services, but choose somewhere else if you are looking for a good dip manicure. read more

Jazzy Nails - Thanks Bo!! I'm super happy with my nails! - Massage Near Me - Avon, Colorado

Loved it! We are from out of town and were looking for a great place to get a mani/pedi before the end of our vacation. The staff was exceedingly nice, the place looked like a professional spa, as opposed to some of the other places in town, the prices were super reasonable (especially for a tourist town), and they gave us back massages while our nails dried. Would definitely return if I didn't live in Pittsburgh! read more

Nice place. Had a good experience here. Clean, massage, friendly staff who do a nice job. Definitely nicer than the average salon of this type and probably one of the best I've been to. Note they do not accept credit cards as of June 1 2016 and give discounts for cash. Also have no fee ATM on premises. read more

I've had my share of pedicures; but this was definitely the best! The staff was very friendly, the place was very clean. It was PACKED, 10 nail stations were full; the 10 pedi chairs (which were very comfortable) were half full. I expected a long wait, but literally 8 minutes (they told me 10). It was quite reasonably priced (in the mountains...WHAAAAAT?) and best of all, a neck and shoulder massage while my pedi dried! Since I was out of town (December) I didn't have any sandals with me, but after 10 minutes at the "curing station" and plastic bags over my feet; I was skeptical my pedi would be ruined, but he assured me he could put my socks and boots on without messing it up. He was right! Will definitely come back again when I am in Avon. What a treat! read more

I visited here today for the first time, and I received a quick and sloppy pedicure. The nail tech barely acknowledged me and was never remotely friendly. She quickly "buffed" my feet, inattentively, and they are so rough now- worse than when I went in. Polish was a single coat and also sloppy. As my toes were drying she said to me"you pay me now?" and those were the first words she'd spoken to me. $30 for a sloppy and speedy pedicure and she hovered until I tipped her, pocketed the money and turned away. The place was packed, so maybe other techs are better, but it was the worst pedicure I've ever received. They clearly turn and burn their clients; I won't be back. read more

Fantastic salon. Clean, professional, salon was packed, but they had plenty of help and I didn't wait. Instruments were all clean from sterilized bag. Offered me water and free massage, this place gets great customer experience. Prices very reasonable. Well done!! read more

Tyler did a great job with my nails. He used gel powder and then finished with shellac for my French nails. Jazzy nails is great!! They are definitely the best in Vail/Beaver Creek and it's clear because they are always busy! I have had some bad experiences in Vail for nails and I am so glad that I have finally found Jazzy Nails! Prices are very affordable, they have a great color selection, and it's easy to get to. I will definitely be going back! Ignore Cindy B.'s comments, everyone in there got great service and they we're all very pleased. read more
