I had Travis as my masseuse and asked for deep-medium pressure. The massage was wonderful! One of the best (and I've had a lot of massages). Front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. There's little snacks and tea/water. There's a jacuzzi and all the other hot rooms. I did the massage in the morning and then enjoyed the rest of the spa after. The only thing I'll do different next time is ask for an 80 minute massage instead of a 50. A+
