so disappointed, this was the worst pedicure ever I was really enjoying it up until the point where I paid an extra $24 for shellac and it was dark all around my cuticles, which, by the way he never trimmed. When I addressed it, he told me I could see the camera footage. I said don't worry about it. The nail polish is lumpy and he filed my nails after the polish, and then started trimming my cuticles after the polish. It looks like a five-year-old did my nails and it was $100. I went from an enjoyable, relaxing pedicure to being very disappointed and somewhat mad after being challenged by the man doing the pedicure. I won't go back. read more

I visited this place 2 years ago and never came back because it was a very unpleasant experience. That being said, they are open now so I chose to try them again. Big mistake. The technicians are unfriendly, they work very fast and the experience is painful and rushed, and they do not make you feel welcome at all. I won't be returning. Dazzle Nails down the street is far better. These people seriously rush through their work and are extremely unfriendly. They get a lot of customers so I can see why they rush so much, but it makes the experience very impersonal and unpleasant. They cut my moms toe because they were rushing so much. I had to focus my energy somewhere else because I was being poked at, pulled, and shaken around during my pedicure. No one wants that. I was also rudely corrected when I asked for "2 manicures and one pedicure." The man said "it's one many pedi and one pedi, that's how you say it correctly." I'm pretty picky about who does my nails because if they don't come out well, I'll hyper-fixate on them for days. Anyways, my nails were way overdue for a manicure, so I decided to give it a try. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get me in within 2 hours. I got SNS (dip powder) nails with Bo. He was very friendly and took his time doing my nails. As I watched, he did a really thorough job with every step of applying the SNS. He filed them down so they're thin and natural looking, but not so thin that they'll break. I decided to get the Jazzy Deluxe($40), which is a great choice if you haven't been getting pedicures or taking care of your feet haha. The basic soak and exfoliating of my nasty calluses but oh my everything else was magical. He did a lavender scrub, some leg mask, oils, and ended it with lotion. Massaged for a good 8 minutes...yes I timed it! 4 min each leg. He told me "it's relax time" too! And man oh man did I relax. My nail polish came out great and when you head over to the drying section...they massage you! Nice shoulder/upper back massage. Never experienced that before! Anywaaaaaays I enjoyed the entire experience. Clean spot too. They keep it up to par for sure and everyone is friendly. I've gone here twice now (last time was right before Valentines day). Those last nails lasted until now and were still perfect (other than the growout of course). Since they lasted so well last time, I decided to go here again. I brought in a picture and they turned out beautifully! Both times I've gotten dip on my natural nails, and I'm very happy. Only 'negatives' are that they always seem in a hurry, which is perfectly fine. They are efficient and polite. Also, I don't get my nails done often and made the incorrect assumption that cuticle care comes with the dip normally. After getting in, I saw the signs stating this wasn't the case. I wish they had asked if I wanted my cuticles done, but that was my fault more than theirs, and I appreciate them not trying to upsell. Neither of these were bad things, which is why I didn't take any stars off for them. Just good information to have about the establishment. I will never go here again. This is my third time trying over a 6 year span because of convenience. My nails were not even and had to go home and file them properly. Every time I go I have been cut and it's painful anytime I get acrylics. The woman did not even act like it happened and I kindly asked to just spray some alcohol on it to avoid infection. Slow Down A Bit.... I have been going here for many years and have been using them as a "home base" to get my nail done and have grown to love them. I have gone thru some personal tragedy over the past few days and really need a good experience / me time. As many of the kids have started working here, the speed has picked up as more of like a "in and out" service. I wish they would slow down and really see what the customer wants. He knew exactly what he was doing and he absolutely killed it with my nails. I get dip-powder nails because it's my favorite. It's acrylics but so much thinner and long lasting. I've went here a bunch of times despite the bad experiences my friends had. Today was the worst french gel manicure I ever had! He didn't ever bother to clean the cuticles where excess nail polish have been because he said it's the "glitters" from the polish. I should have known it wasn't going to be a good one when he started by coloring half of my nail with the dark polish and removing excess polish to form the tips. I've gotten french tips for YEARS and I've never ever seen anyone do it like that because it's a waste of product and very messy. That's how he left those dark lines on the base color. To top it off, it was $68. I tried to tell the manager, who took a magnifying glass to check it, and he said he doesn't see anything wrong. Meanwhile the guy who actually did my nails was still insisting that nothing was messy and it was just "glitter". The manager wanted me to sit back down cause it was apparently too dark to see it but I didn't cause I was already fuming and didn't want to cause any more scene by arguing with them on their poor services. Rest assured that I will never ever come back here and waste money. I suggest you go somewhere else. read more
