so disappointed, this was the worst pedicure ever I was really enjoying it up until the point where I paid an extra $24 for shellac and it was dark all around my cuticles, which, by the way he never trimmed. When I addressed it, he told me I could see the camera footage. I said don't worry about it. The nail polish is lumpy and he filed my nails after the polish, and then started trimming my cuticles after the polish. It looks like a five-year-old did my nails and it was $100. I went from an enjoyable, relaxing pedicure to being very disappointed and somewhat mad after being challenged by the man doing the pedicure. I won't go back. read more

I saw Lily, and she did an AMAZING job. I got tips on top with dip polish and chrome. They were super busy when I came for a walk-in, but they saw me quickly and took great care of me. She did an amazing job! I work outside with my hands, and the manicure has lasted over four weeks. One downside is that it is expensive to go here, so I cannot visit very often. I visited this place 2 years ago and never came back because it was a very unpleasant experience. That being said, they are open now so I chose to try them again. Big mistake. The technicians are unfriendly, they work very fast and the experience is painful and rushed, and they do not make you feel welcome at all. I won't be returning. Dazzle Nails down the street is far better. These people seriously rush through their work and are extremely unfriendly. They get a lot of customers so I can see why they rush so much, but it makes the experience very impersonal and unpleasant. They cut my moms toe because they were rushing so much. I had to focus my energy somewhere else because I was being poked at, pulled, and shaken around during my pedicure. No one wants that. I was also rudely corrected when I asked for "2 manicures and one pedicure." The man said "it's one many pedi and one pedi, that's how you say it correctly." As a manager of a small business myself, the conduct here is just plain unprofessional. A shame because the spot is cute. Again, go to Dazzle Nails instead. read more

They do welcome walk-ins and were able to accommodate plenty of customers with walk-in requests. Almost every chair was occupied but my technician was not hasty and truly took her time. Great experience all together. Welcomed once I walked in, with their awesome accents! They offered me a bottle water(of course I said yes). I decided to get the Jazzy Deluxe($40), which is a great choice if you haven't been getting pedicures or taking care of your feet haha. The basic soak and exfoliating of my nasty calluses but oh my everything else was magical. He did a lavender scrub, some leg mask, oils, and ended it with lotion. Massaged for a good 8 minutes...yes I timed it! 4 min each leg. He told me "it's relax time" too! And man oh man did I relax. My nail polish came out great and when you head over to the drying section...they massage you! Nice shoulder/upper back massage. Never experienced that before! Anywaaaaaays I enjoyed the entire experience. Clean spot too. They keep it up to par for sure and everyone is friendly. At the drying station there's orchids and my guy told me a story of a princess haha. Also there's sweet green Asian candies(yummy)! Well deserved 5 stars! Going back next week for a mani! read more

I had a great experience here! And honestly, I was a bit hesitant to visit Jazzy Nails because of mixed reviews on Yelp and Google. I'm pretty picky about who does my nails because if they don't come out well, I'll hyper-fixate on them for days. Anyways, my nails were way overdue for a manicure, so I decided to give it a try. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get me in within 2 hours. I got SNS (dip powder) nails with Bo. He was very friendly and took his time doing my nails. As I watched, he did a really thorough job with every step of applying the SNS. He filed them down so they're thin and natural looking, but not so thin that they'll break. I've gone here twice now (last time was right before Valentines day). Those last nails lasted until now and were still perfect (other than the growout of course). Since they lasted so well last time, I decided to go here again. I brought in a picture and they turned out beautifully! Both times I've gotten dip on my natural nails, and I'm very happy. Only 'negatives' are that they always seem in a hurry, which is perfectly fine. They are efficient and polite. Also, I don't get my nails done often and made the incorrect assumption that cuticle care comes with the dip normally. After getting in, I saw the signs stating this wasn't the case. I wish they had asked if I wanted my cuticles done, but that was my fault more than theirs, and I appreciate them not trying to upsell. Neither of these were bad things, which is why I didn't take any stars off for them. Just good information to have about the establishment. I will be back, and would recommend them to anyone who knows what they want and just wants to get in and get out efficiently. read more

I apologized in a PM for the miscommunication and explained that in a global pandemic the days were running together and I made an honest mistake as to the exact date the nails were painted. But I knew that after one day a full nail fell off - I just didn't have time to immediately go back. I cannot believe his response and aggression. Says he was going to call the cops on me? Slow Down A Bit.... I have been going here for many years and have been using them as a "home base" to get my nail done and have grown to love them. I have gone thru some personal tragedy over the past few days and really need a good experience / me time. As many of the kids have started working here, the speed has picked up as more of like a "in and out" service. I wish they would slow down and really see what the customer wants. I was in and out with no massage or "manicure". Apparently you need to tell them that now. And they rushed thru my color. I hope I don't need a re-do in a few days. read more
