I told her I was trying to grow it out and she set me back 3 months by taking off 2-3 inches. She gave me a chop when I asked for a trim. Also she messed up around the ears bad... it's a good inch higher on my left side and not a smooth line at all! Not to mention I sat at the front (in the waiting area) and Shannon came out 7 min late saying, "oh I didn't see you there!" Where was I supposed to be? I don't know how they do on ladies cuts, but men, stay away from Shannon at the very least! Highly recommend checking this place out! I'm very picky with my hair so I'm always hesitant to go to a new place. I had my hair cut by Shannon and I'm very pleased. It's a little shorter than my girlfriend is going to like but it looks good and she set me up so it grows out in a good way! I'll definitely be back, thanks!

Second, my blowout was "eh" but I say two other ladies get their blowouts done as if they were headed out to the hollywood red carpet. Third, my cut and color was much more expensive than my two friends that had it done a few weeks before and were charged much less. And something that bothered me since I was a perfectly new client to this salon....the lady who did my hair was talking poorly (very negatively) about one of their colleagues who was working right there in the salon. But as I could tell this worker was completely functional and did their job cutting many (4 or 5) gentleman's hair during the course of my 1.5 hour appointment. I've tried to reach out to the owner a few times to discuss and she will not coordinate a time with me to discuss. I'm a local, would love to endorse this salon, but given my first time experience here....I will not go back and would not recommend.
