I'm not opposed to helping, but when I'm paying for a service like this I expect to be able to relax and be taken care of. The quality of the nails was also very poor. They are extremely bendable and feel fragile, like they could break at any moment. I asked for a neutral color, but the result is almost completely see-through. At one point the technician even called the boss to ask how to fix the nails, and they ended up putting polish underneath the nails. There was also nail glue all over my fingers. I still left a tip, but overall I left feeling disappointed. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.
