What a great experience with Nikki!…read more I was extremely nervous because I've previously done my eyebrows from one of the best in California. 5 years later it's fading and I need a touch up but didn't want to travel in order to get what I wanted. My fiancé immediately loved them. I have received nothing but compliments and inquiries from my coworkers. Highly recommend!!

Rude Staff. I had a…read morelaser appointment. After waiting 20 minutes for my appointment, I very politely asked how much longer it would be as I had other commitments I had to get to. The woman at the front was incredibly rude and said she had no idea and "didn't know what to tell me". After I finally got in, I was supposed to just get laser on my lip. She suggested an additional area of treatment, without telling me it was going to double the cost of the service. I don't think I was very well treated. The woman seemed to be super knowledgeable, but the customer experience was horrible.

She assured me that her glue was good for sensitive people and she had no issues with anyone in the last three years. Well two days after I got mine done I started having severe allergic reactions. I texted her this and asked her to help me get it removed. She didn't respond for two days than told me she was unavailable and no contact after that. Others have told me that before she put on the extensions she should have done a patch test on me given that I had allergic reactions before. Also offering to take off the extensions free of charge. I was disappointed that she didn't contact me to ask how I was doing. Made me feel that she didn't care about her clients. I am all about referrals but will no be sending any clients for this reason.
