Though I have arthritis in my hip, Sara was able to greatly decrease the pain, and she also gave me exercises to take pressure off the area. Recently I had extensive foot surgery on each foot, for bunions. I am so grateful to Sara for giving mm great range of motion in each foot, as well as reducing the scar tissue from the sutures.
