We seemed to be the only guests who even considered using the pool/jacuzzi? The area looked like it hadn't been touched in a while and could definitely use a facelift. The staff at the desk nearby encouraged me to run upstairs to grab towels as they didn't keep any down there. Ugh. The massages were ok. The sauna is right next to the waiting room and treatment rooms leading to extremely dry heat making my throat sore and my body sweaty. The spa has some renovations and improvements to make. The cleaning people were mopping the locker room floors I slipped and fell. There was not a single yellow caution "slippery when wet" sign. They couldn't have mopped after the spa closed? Last but not least the front desk I made the reservation with did not communicate to my masseuse leading to some bumps in the road there.
