After reading the reviews I was sure of my choice and when I called to book, they told me you get three hours to use the pa amenities and I was sold! I love a massage but I love a hot tub, robe and loafing around even more. Massage was good, I asked for medium, she adhered and I almost fell asleep. But I absolutely loved the hot tub area and relaxation room. I was at ease the entire time and the guests were quiet and polite as well. Definitely more women than men but the locker room had a nice flow of it and was never cramped or busting. I would absolutely come here again for a day of pampering!

The entire experience was beyond amazing and certainly elevated. After changing into a robe I tossed my belongings into a locker and headed to the relaxation room to wait for my appointment. About 3 minutes before my appointment, my masseuse came to get me and we headed to one of the massage rooms. I chose a light-medium massage and pointed out a couple problem areas. Everything was addressed and then some! I turned into Jello after the session and headed to the hot tub. The pine trees and Bavarian influenced architecture really stood out and totally enveloped me. After the hot tub, I sat in the salt room. Wasn't much in there but the salt blocks and calming music set an even flowing temperament for the remainder of the spa day. Highly highly recommended. If we could, I would've chosen to stay for an evening. Loved the experience and enjoyed it all!

I had Travis as my masseuse and asked for deep-medium pressure. The massage was wonderful! One of the best (and I've had a lot of massages). Front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The only thing I'll do different next time is ask for an 80 minute massage instead of a 50. A+

That is a rarity so you can bet your bottom dollar I was going to get my moneys worth! They open at 9am on Fridays so I got there at 10am and was greeted by their fabulous staff. They gave me the lay of the land and what was included like the Westin pool, three hot tubs, Athletic Club access, fitness class and then access to the spa area including a relaxation room, sauna, steamrolls and shower. As others have said, the cleaning staff was LOUD and present a lot. I don't know how much cleaning everything needed but seeing that one of the halls was a pebble material, it ruined the zen of the relaxation room. Otherwise it was amazing. I stayed there for 7 hours and took advantage of almost everything starting with a workout then a dip in their infinity hot tub, sauna and then loved that they let you leave the premise and come back! I did lunch upstairs in the bar area then made it back in time for my massage. After the massage I stayed in the relaxation room relaxing with a glass of kombucha (you can get champagne too but you know, health), snacked on their selection of snacks like almonds and trail mix and read my book with a cover over me. As I mentioned, it got a little loud but nothing that made me want to leave. After another visit to the hot tubs, I was ready to call it a day and went in the sauna one last time followed by a shower and made use of the eucalyptus shower spa to round out the spa experience. The float was so awesome. You just fall into like a trance like experience, and feel like you are floating in space. You are free to open the door if you need to, turn on the light, wipe your face off if you get any salt in your eye, and etcetc. Its is just a peaceful experience.
