You achy? Stressed? Sad? Mad? COME HERE!! First, booking was so simple. I did make a small error on my side, but I called and they fixed it right away. Arriving we were greeted by a friendly man. My wife floated while I got a massage, and then we swapped. The massage was AMAZING. The therapist was so knowledgeable about the muscles and body as a whole. We left with so much wisdom. He even showed us stretches to do at home. I felt like I was worked on by a surgeon. The float was so awesome. You just fall into like a trance like experience, and feel like you are floating in space. You are free to open the door if you need to, turn on the light, wipe your face off if you get any salt in your eye, and etcetc. Its is just a peaceful experience. Don't let the idea of a scary tank or darkness throw you off. We HIGHLY RECCOMEND and will be back next time we are in Avon. read more

This past week I went to Dream and Dreams Float Spa.and I got the most amazing Spa experience ever. Relaxes your body to the level that you are experiencing something you never did before , feels like you are flying around the universe or actually floating. Your mind gets into a different mental state you never been before , and your body is so relaxed you feel how your muscles, joints and bones get readjusted. I went for my first float this morning. I was a little apprehensive but was put at ease by the friendly service and immaculate environment. I don't meditate and am slightly claustrophobic. The pod looked intimidating but I was determined. Floating is so relaxing, for the first time in a while my mind was completely at ease. It was also fun like flying in your dreams. The Float Spa is great. Many people don't know what to expect and what a floatation tank is, I was one of them. After only one visit, I think this is one of the best ways to relax your body and mind. I purchased a Groupon and figured I would simply enjoy an average massage. The massage I received was one of the best I have ever experienced. The space was simply decorated, but cozy and quiet. The practitioner was professional and very experienced. I even got to have a 10 minute reflexology added to my services. I did not get the chance to use their float tanks, but I have experienced tanks before and they are AMAZING! This place is awesome! It has everything you need. Start with floating and finish with massage. Floating is anexcellent relaxing treatment that makes your entire body feel relaxed, you don't think about anything and enjoy a hour and a half of floating on top of salty water at body temperature. I had previously heard about Sensory Deprivation Tanks but never got the chance to actually experience it until now! Extremely happy that our town is getting something new and exciting. The area itself feels very minimalist and welcoming. Float tanks have many physical and mental benefits. My experience was absolutely wonderful! It felt like my body was in space! 90 min might seem like an awful lot of time but when you're in the tank, its hard (almost impossible) to gauge how much time its been. Your body and mind are allowed to roam as freely as you'll allow (plus your body will be so soft afterwards) I'd recommend this to anyone who needs some peace and quiet away from all the nonsense surrounding us. Its an experience you have to try at least once in your life. Dream and Dreams Float Spa also offers massages, facials, wax services, and even microblading! Great addition to the town.
