We are allowed to use Hot Tub & Sauna inside Evergreen Lodge as part of agreement booking massage therapy with Deep Roots. Unfortunately, we did not realize it is NOT FULL SPA SERVICE. Therefore, robes, slippers or lockers are not provided. Only towels are provided. So, we did not have an enjoyable relaxing experience prior to our massages. Deep Roots is located downstairs in the Evergreen Lodge. It's a tiny 2 room spa, but they've maximized their space and have made it a very warm, relaxing, and inviting space. We called to see if we could get 2 massage the same day, and they were able to accommodate us. Ashley showed us to the hot tub and sauna before she started my massage (mom soaked and relaxed while I had my massage). Ashley was amazing! I told her I was having lower back pain, and she made it disappear. I felt tight and tense when I walked in, and when I walked out it was as if she hit the release valve on the tension in my lower back. This was the best massage I have had so far. read more

I visited deep roots for a 90 minute session for post injury work on my back. I fractured my spine but was cleared by my doctor for work and immediately came to see roots. I was able to consult with my massage therapist on what work would be right for me and the whole experience was very comforting. The massage tables are heated and aroma therapy is used to ease your senses. This is a very small massage studio but is probably one of the best I have been to. I felt like a brand new person walking out of there it was fantastic. They also offer access to the hot tub and steam rooms from the hotel that I didn't check out yet but I'm sure they are super nice. Totally recommend this place! read more

She also has a great instinct for what might be bothering you and hones in on those areas without you asking.
