My masseuse Carly was fantastic - extremely intuitive and professional. This spot is unassuming from the outside (in the basement of the Evergreen Lodge), but the quality of the massage you receive will blow you away. Even better, her entire team is trained by her, so you can trust you're in exceptional hands no matter who you see. Absolute five-star experience- I'd book again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely a Diamond in the Rough (well... Vail isn't actually "the rough")…read more Bottom line... she gave me an AMAZING massage for about 1/2 the price of the crazy high end spa's around here. I UBER'd it from the Marriott for less than $20, but I she'll make a house call for around $40-50ish I think. Her office is clean and what I expected from a professional building. No grand marble staircases or snooty receptionists, but the savings was worth it. (Actually the building is very nice, crazy art everywhere!) I got a 1.5hr massage and opted for the CBD salve add-on, and my legs and back are feeling great after 4 days of skiing and being super sore. Super pleasant demeanor, and kind feeling... I'm making her my "go-to" Vail masseuse! Thank you, Chantel!

After reading the reviews I was sure of my choice and when I called to book, they told me you get three hours to use the pa amenities and I was sold! But I absolutely loved the hot tub area and relaxation room. I was at ease the entire time and the guests were quiet and polite as well. Definitely more women than men but the locker room had a nice flow of it and was never cramped or busting. I would absolutely come here again for a day of pampering!

The entire experience was beyond amazing and certainly elevated. After changing into a robe I tossed my belongings into a locker and headed to the relaxation room to wait for my appointment. About 3 minutes before my appointment, my masseuse came to get me and we headed to one of the massage rooms. I chose a light-medium massage and pointed out a couple problem areas. Everything was addressed and then some! I turned into Jello after the session and headed to the hot tub. The pine trees and Bavarian influenced architecture really stood out and totally enveloped me. After the hot tub, I sat in the salt room. Wasn't much in there but the salt blocks and calming music set an even flowing temperament for the remainder of the spa day. Highly highly recommended. If we could, I would've chosen to stay for an evening. Loved the experience and enjoyed it all!
