I came way too early for my appointment with a friend, but we were offered heated massage chairs and tea with blankets and fuzzy slippers. It was sooo nice! We bought a bundle that included an infrared sauna and a massage. The only couple of things I grappled with were the prices and the amenities. While it was nice to relax and especially at no extra charge with the massage chairs, I wished there was... more? I wanted there to be a hot tub or mineral pool with a cold plunge, or a larger space that would allow for showers, or even larger saunas. It was all restorative, but the prices were way too high for the services we received. I would understand the price more if we were able to also rinse off or soak somewhere, but it was just the sauna and the massage. We also got massaged right after the sauna, so we were sweaty AF and had our sweat rubbed into our bodies with lotion... fine if that's your thing, but I like feeling clean! They did mention that there are more benefits to the infrared sauna if you don't shower, but oh well. I just would've preferred to dunk somewhere to rinse. Overall, it was a nice place! And it's in Breck, of course it's going to be overpriced haha. With all things considered, this was a nice experience!

Arriving we were greeted by a friendly man. My wife floated while I got a massage, and then we swapped. The massage was AMAZING. The therapist was so knowledgeable about the muscles and body as a whole. We left with so much wisdom. He even showed us stretches to do at home. I felt like I was worked on by a surgeon. The float was so awesome. You just fall into like a trance like experience, and feel like you are floating in space.
