I came way too early for my appointment with a friend, but we were offered heated massage chairs and tea with blankets and fuzzy slippers. It was sooo nice! We bought a bundle that included an infrared sauna and a massage. The only couple of things I grappled with were the prices and the amenities. While it was nice to relax and especially at no extra charge with the massage chairs, I wished there was... more? I wanted there to be a hot tub or mineral pool with a cold plunge, or a larger space that would allow for showers, or even larger saunas. It was all restorative, but the prices were way too high for the services we received. I would understand the price more if we were able to also rinse off or soak somewhere, but it was just the sauna and the massage. We also got massaged right after the sauna, so we were sweaty AF and had our sweat rubbed into our bodies with lotion... fine if that's your thing, but I like feeling clean! They did mention that there are more benefits to the infrared sauna if you don't shower, but oh well. I just would've preferred to dunk somewhere to rinse. Overall, it was a nice place! And it's in Breck, of course it's going to be overpriced haha. With all things considered, this was a nice experience!

I learned so much about proper skincare and how to use the right products, and within just a few months I started noticing a huge difference in my skin. Recently, while on vacation, I decided to go again. I scheduled The Perfect Facial with Julie. Julie is incredibly knowledgeable and makes the entire experience feel relaxing. Her techniques are so soothing, and I left feeling completely refreshed. My husband even commented 2 days afterwards that I was still glowing. I also really appreciate that you receive the full appointment time for your facial; the time needed to get ready before and after isn't taken out of your treatment. If you're looking for a relaxing facial along with knowledgeable, thoughtful skincare, this is the place to go!

I got a massage with Erika yesterday and had to write a review of my experience…read more First of all, Erika's sweet chocolate lab was chillin outside her office when I got there. I love dogs and got to pet him a little bit, which could probably count as an additional form of therapy she offers :) The office building she's located in is very nice, and her office has tons of lovely natural light, which is rare for a massage place. It feels very positive and welcoming in there (I don't feel the pictures do it justice!). Erika is also an herbalist so she makes her own massage oils and the other products she uses. This really sets her apart! Everything is super natural and intentionally crafted. My sensitive skin felt great afterwards. I appreciated that Erika was talkative and friendly but she wasn't trying to talk to me the whole time. The pressure she used was strong -- I appreciated this as you never want to drop dollars on a fluffy massage that doesn't do much. Booking online is super easy and you get a text and email confirmation once you book. Wish I lived here to see her more!

It was almost 9pm and i wanted an appointment for the next day, because it was my day off. I was already late to call for an appointment, but viola! You can scheduele appointments online!!!!!!!!!!! What a beautiful thing that is. I got an appointment for a Thai Yoga Massage & Castor Oil (add on) When i got there, Erica greated me very nice! She then sat down to tell me very honestly that she didnt think it was a good idea for the thai yoga with the castor oil. Bc the massage was clothed (it was more of her streching me) and she did not want the oil to ruinn my clothes. Extra point for her for being honest. She then gave me the option of a sports massage and the castor oil. She offered me tea and water. She put on the oil and gave me an abdominal massage! After that the pain of my sore muscles started coming. She was streching and massaging things i did not know they could hurt. She is excelent. After i was done i was feeling still sore and in pain. I was dissapointed because i fekt it did notnwork...silly me. Next day i feel good as new! No more pain and soreness. It was beautiful. And to top it all of. She sent me a personalized thank you email the next day. Really? Now a days who does that? Nobody! So thats what made Erica and her services superb!!!!! Anybody going to breckenridge should stop here for an amazing experience

Review by Desiree continued…read more.. Dear Bodyworks owner, First of all I don't appreciate you lying on here saying you had called me and left a VM apologizing, we BOTH know that is not true. I was so upset and in pain after this experience that I had to have my father call in for me to help me with this situation. I have a hard time with awkward confrontation in person (which is an issue of my own I'm working on but has nothing to do with this) he then proceeded to tell you to stay on the line and that he would be adding me to the call so I could tell you how I felt. You had hung up after calling me a "scam artist" and when we proceeded to call you back you wouldn't pick up. Yes I tipped you people for physically abusing me but only because I AM a genuine good and sweet person. It was then after I got back to my hotel, crying beside myself in SO much pain with bruises everywhere barely able to lay back on my bed. I then had time to process what had happened and realized there was NO way I was going to pay to be treated that way and be literally not only physically abused but completely exposed and extremely uncomfortable while laying naked on the massage table by your therapist. And I didn't appreciate you making me feel like I had done something wrong by not "changing in the correct spot" or "using the locker" because when I arrived you were not there to greet me and tell me where to go or what to do... you and I both know that when I first called you to book my appointment I told you I wanted a Swedish massage because I wanted to relax. Not a deep tissue which you then tried to up-sell and convince me to get. I never wanted such a deep tissue massage and you knew better. And again, I don't understand why you lied saying you called me to apologize and left a voicemail when that is absolutely and positively NOT the truth. You had hung called me a scam artist and hung up and never answered the phone back. FYI, my attorney already asked me if I wanted to sue after sharing this and my pictures of proof with him. I said no.
