I was so upset and in pain after this experience that I had to have my father call in for me to help me with this situation. I have a hard time with awkward confrontation in person (which is an issue of my own I'm working on but has nothing to do with this) he then proceeded to tell you to stay on the line and that he would be adding me to the call so I could tell you how I felt. You had hung up after calling me a "scam artist" and when we proceeded to call you back you wouldn't pick up. Yes I tipped you people for physically abusing me but only because I AM a genuine good and sweet person. It was then after I got back to my hotel, crying beside myself in SO much pain with bruises everywhere barely able to lay back on my bed. I then had time to process what had happened and realized there was NO way I was going to pay to be treated that way and be literally not only physically abused but completely exposed and extremely uncomfortable while laying naked on the massage table by your therapist. And I didn't appreciate you making me feel like I had done something wrong by not "changing in the correct spot" or "using the locker" because when I arrived you were not there to greet me and tell me where to go or what to do... you and I both know that when I first called you to book my appointment I told you I wanted a Swedish massage because I wanted to relax. Not a deep tissue which you then tried to up-sell and convince me to get. I never wanted such a deep tissue massage and you knew better. And again, I don't understand why you lied saying you called me to apologize and left a voicemail when that is absolutely and positively NOT the truth. You had hung called me a scam artist and hung up and never answered the phone back. FYI, my attorney already asked me if I wanted to sue after sharing this and my pictures of proof with him. I don't know about reiki because I've never done it before and don't know what it's supposed to feel like.
