We are in town for the Holiday and decided a massage was just what we needed. After looking at…read morereviews, I decided to reach out to Pegi and left a voicemail. I called another place that said they could do a couples massage the next day at 3 pm. The timeframe was later than wanted since guests were arriving in town. Also, the lady wasn't as friendly on the phone and let me know they'd need credit card I do to hold the spot. At that point I passed on scheduling. Later that day, Pegi called back to let me know she could get us in the next day at 11:15 & 12:15 and was sweet as peaches on the phone. I just just finished with my hour and am waiting on my husband. I'm so thankful I found Pegi! Since we own a second home in Dillon, I will make it a point to come back to her and let all of my friends and family know about her as well.

This is the most effective therapist I have ever experienced. The reasons I highly rated my…read moreexperience with therapist Pegi is her knowledge and sensitivity to clients. I went in with a severely stiff neck and pain in my back muscles, and she went right to work helping me loosen up and feel better. She uses an interactive scale of pressure, and asked me to give her feedback on reaching that just right range of two to three, as I had requested. I had asked for intensity and I certainly got it, but I'm sure that if I had wanted calm relaxing that's what she would have adapted to. She seems very connected to what the client wants. I also got bonus advice on how to keep those muscles loose with a few exercises she described and demonstrated at the end of the session. Pegi is a professional that makes you feel connected and leaving great. Hope you enjoy.

We were around Frisco looking for a massage studio, called them and got called back by this…read morebusiness saying that they only can do couple massage at Copper Mtn, not Frisco. I was not planning to go copper mtn since we have our Vail resort pass for snowboarding/skiiing but felt maybe OK to go here try massage. And the finding the business is one of the most hardest thing I have done in my life even one day before I have asked for directions and looked online for map and all...And yes we did drive out early for the appointment since it was snowing bad outside. It turned out when we circled around about 40mins to actually luckily stepped in a building to find this business, our session is past ~20mins. I maybe mentioned to staff like "hey how come your place is so hard to find" and I was not complaining. She was like "well, we told you our location is by a liquor store." I know it's not your fault that we are arriving late due to not finding your small business, but you are like shaking things off as quick as a blink. And it was a very, very short and rush massage, since obviously it was clearly indicated by staff it was our fault by not coming on time. If she said something like "oh we are very sorry that we are newly opened business and it's indeed needed for some direction and luck or blah blah", I'd happily end our belated session and next time I will be on time. But no, all words clearly pinpointed that was 100% due to our fault. I'd admit it it's us belated, but I would be really still happy if I was not reminded by staff. I still tipped 15% of total for like 20mins of massaging and would never look back.

We happened to find Melissa and she was able to take us in that day. Her room is a little oasis in the upstairs of a greenhouse. Really nice touch. Will definitely come back here on out next ski trip!!

I had a fantastic massage with Larken and a relaxing pedicure from Stephanie, and my wife loved her massage with add-on service. Also, having booked several services during the week, we were both invited to enjoy the complimentary amenities in the Grotto, including the steam room, sauna, and hot tub, as well as the gym, even on days when only one of us had a service booked. Everything about the spa was extremely relaxing and highly professional. Even when there were several other people in the Grotto area, the atmosphere was always amazingly quiet and relaxing.

Absolutely a Diamond in the Rough (well... Vail isn't actually "the rough")…read more Bottom line... she gave me an AMAZING massage for about 1/2 the price of the crazy high end spa's around here. I UBER'd it from the Marriott for less than $20, but I she'll make a house call for around $40-50ish I think. Her office is clean and what I expected from a professional building. No grand marble staircases or snooty receptionists, but the savings was worth it. (Actually the building is very nice, crazy art everywhere!) I got a 1.5hr massage and opted for the CBD salve add-on, and my legs and back are feeling great after 4 days of skiing and being super sore. Super pleasant demeanor, and kind feeling... I'm making her my "go-to" Vail masseuse! Thank you, Chantel!
