Arriving we were greeted by a friendly man. My wife floated while I got a massage, and then we swapped. The massage was AMAZING. The therapist was so knowledgeable about the muscles and body as a whole. We left with so much wisdom. He even showed us stretches to do at home. I felt like I was worked on by a surgeon. The float was so awesome. You just fall into like a trance like experience, and feel like you are floating in space. You are free to open the door if you need to, turn on the light, wipe your face off if you get any salt in your eye, and etcetc. Its is just a peaceful experience. The opening and closing of drawers during both massages was so unnecessary and disruptive, if you can't have oils available, at least put soft closes on the drawers. It just seemed like there was a lot of rest breaks or time wasting as opposed to customer care. This is not worth $350 for 2 fifty-minute massages. I'm personally too chicken for a cold plunge, but I did enjoy the sauna! The spa itself is impeccably clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
