I have been a regular at this spa for the past 5 years. I absolutely love it! I love that it's a small and intimate space, which means it's always quiet and calm. I have had a massage from nearly every therapist and have loved every single massage! Rich and Michelle are my personal favorites, but like I said, everyone is amazing! I have gotten several massages here with Rich and Erica - I highly recommend both. They were helpful with my neck issues and also had knowledge of things to try at home which also ended up relieving my pain. Ruth coordinated the appointments and she and everyone else at the spa have been lovely and take extra precautions during Covid to ensure safety. read more

My sister and I went to this spa because of the good reviews unfortunately we did not have the great experience the reviews said. We were not greeted warmly by the front desk person, Ashley. She was on her phone and we seemed to be a burden to her. She took us on a half ass tour of the place and did not even explain how to utilize the steam room so we had to go find her to get directions on how to operate it. We were taken back to our massages late and before hopping in the bed I looked at my watch to verify the time to make sure we got the max 50 min massage we were paying for. Unfortunately the massage stopped 5 minutes to early so we were not given the full 50 minute massage we paid for. The massage was ok...definitely not the best I've ever received (again especially for what the reviews said). Wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend this place to a friend based on our experiences. read more

Great, super kind staff. They are extremely accommodating and charge a fair rate for their services. They're also a green spa and super ethical. Ruth and Kordi keep the place clean and gorgeous. I would love to give this place a 5-star rating... My friend and I were staying in Vail for a weekend and decided to treat ourselves to massage. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I work in an office, so constant backache is a usual issue. I felt ok after the massage, but on the next day, my back started to hurt. It is now the second day after I got it, and I'm in a lot of pain. I understand that not every therapist is a genius, but I ended up feeling way worse than when I walked into the doors of this spa. read more

A surprisingly excellent massage while traveling. I opted for the aromatheraphy massage, and my technician incorporated lots of manual stretching and firm pressure which helped put me into alignment after lugging baggage all day yesterday. Nice facility, locker rooms, robes, professional staff and relaxation areas. I definitely would recommend services here. read more

Had a FANTASTIC facial at the Manor Vail Spa. Ruth is wonderful. I've had plenty of facials in the past and the products used caused my face to react and be red after the facial, that was NOT the case this time. No redness, just glowing skin. All the products feel and smell amazing. Ruth really goes above and beyond, with a neck, arm, and hand massage included in the facial. Loved this place. I'm usually picky about messages, but Rich was phenomenal! I started the message as an hour message, 5 minutes in I asked to extend it because Rich was just that good. I really enjoyed my spa experience here. My friend and I were looking for a little pampering after a couple days of skiing. Masseuse had wonderful, strong hands, which I'm always a little nervous about when I get a woman, but she was great. I would definitely go back when I return. Only negative is the tight locker room space. With just one other person in there with us we felt cramped. read more
