As a walk in, I loved my technician. And follow up "walk-in" appointments were great! However, there seem to be some management issues. A specific apt with a specific person was erased from the schedule? I was told "someone took your name off?" Now, there is a phone that no one answers yet a busy schedule and booked a week out. Ive been going here for 2years when I need my nails done. I started doing dip powder. Last Monday I went to fill my nails but when the first lady doing it didn't know what she is doing. I asked another lady to do it, first she tries to tell me they didn't have but I dont have a lot of leisure time in a salon. I love this salon and have had the best service. I have never had to wait...I walk in, am happily greeted by name and get the best possible manicure and pedicure. The people are polite, and very professional. There's ample parking and close to the post office so I can stop there after my services. They have a fabulous selection of polishes and colors and stay contemporary with their offerings. The salon is clean and well decorated. Tracie doesn't have a clue. I had COVID. And was deemed clean by the Colorado health department. She was hesitant about my coming back to the salon, which I understood ,at the beginning . What I didn't understand was her not ever wanting me back for 2 months. Her pedicure chairs are all occupied, right next to each other. She has no way to tell who are I'll. I walked in the other day without an appointment towards the end of their hours for a dipping powder manicure, and they took me in and I got one of the best manicures ever. The salon is very pretty, clean and smells nice. The ladies working there are also very polite and gentle. I didn't feel rushed through and my manicure looks amazing. My last experience here was awkward and the nails chipped split and cracked two days later, disappointing. EYELASH EXTENSIONS. I arrived on time. Tracy was working on someone's nails and she rudely told me to "sit"! 10minutes later, her assistant took me to the back. I wait for another 10 minutes for her. I brought a picture of the lashes I always get from my tech in Denver. Tracey says "yes" she'll do whatever I want. It is now 30 minutes past my appointment time. As she is putting the tape around my eyes, she is answering the phone and making appointments while I'm lying there (and she is above my face). I ask if there is anyone else that can answer the phone? She says, she has to answer it while she's doing lashes and if I don't like it I can leave! I say fine. She proceeds with the lashes. I'm done in 30 minutes and look like a drag queen-no lie! And nothing like the picture. She argues with me that the women in the pictures "eyes" are shaped differently so it looks different on my eyes! I tried to explain that I've been getting my lashes like the picture for YEARS! and she wasn't having it. Kept arguing with me. And then, charged me $220.00!!!! Which I happily pay when the job is done correctly. She told me she is an "honest" person and this is what she charges for "exceptional" lashes, not classic. What the?? If I had my wits about me, I would have demanded that she remove them. I seriously look RIDICULOUS! The good news is, they're falling out pretty quickly-if you can call that "good news". In this case, it is. Worst experience in my life. read more

Great job the first time. Had appointment set for two weeks later. During the week leading up to my appointment they called me twice. Once to tell me the wonderful lady that did my manicure and pedicure was no longer with them. Then again the day before my appointment to move it. So I canceled everything. There are lots of nail techs in this valley that are good. Look for another place. read more

So disappointed in Tracie and her business. Bad business news travels too fast in this valley! I came in as an excellent client. Spent about $100+ every 2 weeks to do dip nails and pedicure. The last few times I went in, they told me they weren't taking any new clients because they didn't have enough employees. Then they said I had to book 2-4 weeks out to secure my appointment because they were overbooked and not enough employees. Then, I left town for a funeral, called the salon more than 24 hours in advance to reschedule... and the receptionist told me she could no longer adjust appointments, that I had to text my nail tech!?!? I texted the tech/owner and she said the salon's next available appointment was more than a month out! Meanwhile another local (who I told about the salon at the dog park!!!) said the owner told her to call the day before and she would "squeeze her in"!!! Bad business. It's a shame because Tracie is a great technician but I can get my nails done at Love Nails in Denver for 1/2 the price and they get me in same day. I schedule my bridal party and I here and asked for ombré nails. There is clearly a line on my nails and they're not even ombré. I asked her to do mint on the tips and white on the bottom and the girl couldn't even do that so I did white tips and pink bottoms. Our nails look amazing. The regular pedicure was only $35, great prices for the vail area, and they definitely did not rush the massage and scrub, the best part. So friendly. Horrible service! I has a dip powder full set. Length of nails were all uneven. Nails were uneven & clear coat was not shiny at all. Then decided to get a pedicure & she left the shape horrible & missed almost half on every nail. When I would point certain things out they would get mad. And they charged me $115 for all this!!! Horrible customer service!!! I called to schedule an appointment for a mani/pedi. I show up 5 min before my appointment. They take me 15 min after my appointment. She does my manicure rushing and ask me to come back the next day for the pedicure because they had other appointments. Not sure what is the difference between those other appointments and mine!
