I spent around $200 there today and I walked away with my toenails looking like a child painted them. Sadly, I had to ask for them to take the nail polish off my toes and cuticles. Sadly, I cannot recommend this service. read more

I asked for acrylic nails, but when I arrived the technician used press-on nails instead. During the appointment she had me hold the UV light myself to cure every nail, which I found strange. I'm not opposed to helping, but when I'm paying for a service like this I expect to be able to relax and be taken care of. The quality of the nails was also very poor. They are extremely bendable and feel fragile, like they could break at any moment. I asked for a neutral color, but the result is almost completely see-through. At one point the technician even called the boss to ask how to fix the nails, and they ended up putting polish underneath the nails. There was also nail glue all over my fingers. I still left a tip, but overall I left feeling disappointed. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. read more

My fiance and I came here before our engagement photos and we had a great time! She got her nails done, French style, just like she likes them and I got my very first pedicure (I'm a male) and it was a lot of fun and very relaxing! I run a lot for exercise and my feet and legs take a beating. The massage on my calf, feet and tendons was very helpful to release some tension. We will be coming back for sure! read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are now under new ownership and the new owner is awful. I have been getting my nails done at Serenity since they opened. However, this last time I went had to be the worst, most painful manicure I've ever had. The new owner did my nails and she was rude, physically aggressive and was rushing the whole time. read more

As a long time local, Serenity Nails is the best nail salon in the valley, hands down. I have tried every one, and this was a great find. I didn't realize how many bad pink and white nail jobs I had had. At Serenity, they turn out beautiful every time and last for several weeks. The salon is also the cleanest and most beautiful in the valley. It is a great and relaxing ambiance. I highly recommend for locals or wedding parties in town seeking beautiful nails. I cannot say enough good things about the high-end quality and great service. read more

First of all the salon is impeccably clean and the staff masked up, very polite and prompt. Now let's get into the reflexology pedicure I had that blew my mind! My technician Jolie (the miracle worker) went over my calluses 3 times!! Between each time, reapplying lotion. She was SO gentle but absolutely meticulous during the entire process of cutting and shaping my cuticles and nails. The scrub and massage was again GENTLE but wow just WOW. Listen we all have been to nail salons were you feel rushed and insignificant Not here, I felt comfortable, welcome. This is a place is worth the drive from Vail, Avon, Eagle. You won't be disappointed! And please TIP for extraordinary service. It's the right thing to do read more

If I could do less than 1 star, I would. I went in for a 3pm appointment that was 30 minutes delayed, and when I left my wallet was nowhere to be found. I lost my IDs, credit cards, debit cards, $150 cash, among other cards. It was in my cap in the waiting area. I thought I brought it with me to the pedicure area, but must have forgotten. When I went back to check, all personal belongings were there, except for my wallet. I asked owner about the camera in the waiting area and she just shook her head. She told me that if i don't want it lost I shouldn't have left it there in the first place. The shop showed very little interest in helping. I filed a police report. When the police came to investigate, he was told the camera - that watched area where my wallet was left - happened to be turned off. I don't know if it was a customer or a staff who took it. There were 10 people there and whoever took it must have intentionally done so since my other less valuable items remained untouched. Went there 4 times so far before this - all the other times were fine and left little impression on me, negative or positive. But after this time, I now am in a position where I'm writing my first yelp review. Also if anyone knows where my wallet is, I will pay you. Picture is of my undone nails. Had to leave before manicure (pedicure was done) because of the missing wallet. read more

If I could give this salon a zero-star review, I would. The people here are incredibly rude. I asked if they could simply paint my little girl's nails, and they said they didn't have time for her. Despite the fact that there was only one person currently getting their nails done. They didn't even offer a certain amount of time for us to wait. Incredibly stuck up. Would recommend going to any other nail salon in Edwards. read more

Hands down (no pun intended) best nail experience I have ever had. My friend recommended that I see Tiffany and she was every bit of an expert at her craft. Well, I went here through the Summer.. major warning.. I tried a person other than the owner - Tiffany. Bad experience- he wrapped my gel nails but removed early, with electric grinder...making my nails thin!!! To make matters worse he put on nail lacquer, the nails were rough.. so I guess his hope was to cover any of the roughness.. and to boot he didn't clean my cuticles/gel still on my hands.. his name I believe is Ali- won't go again... oh, my pedicure was damaged, he didn't put anything between my toes, they're botched.. read more

Great first experience! Greeted with friendly smiles and professionalism. Highly recommend this place.

Went to this place on a whim while visiting family in the area. I have been super cautious when going out during the pandemic and this place was so incredibly clean and careful that I wasn't worried at all. Daren took care of me and gave me one of the best manicures I've ever had. The staff were all very friendly and properly socially distanced. I am definitely going back the next time I am in the area. Check it out, you won't regret it! read more

Neat & tidy and super friendly ! My French manicure looks fantastic and they really took their time to make sure my nails looked perfect. I'll be sure to stop by again next time I'm in the area. Yay! read more

Wonderful staff and very clean! Nice to find a great nail salon when you're out of town!

Emily was awesome! I went in for a gel pedi after beating my feet up camping and being on the river. They were a mess! She made them beautiful again and was really sweet. I also arrived about 30 min before closing and she got me in no problem. I'm really sensitive to chemical odors, which is why it's nice to come in towards the end of the day. But, it would be nice if they waited until customers are gone before they mop (it was a really strong odor). I understand it being the end of the night and wanting to finish side work and go, but being aware of how that affects customers is important... especially if trying to create a "serene" environment. Thanks, Emily! read more

This is the best nail salon in the Vail Valley. Tiffany's staff is very professional and the place is super clean. They recommended options that made my nails look great and help my manicure last longer. I don't get my nails done often but will be back at Serenity when I do. read more

I was visiting family in Colorado when I came across this beautiful nail salon. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff. I don't usually get my nails done so I was a little hesitant, but they were very helpful and patient. My nails came out perfect and I was extremely happy with the service. The interior is beauiful and organized. The chairs for pedicures are comfortable and everything was very clean. I would definitely recommend this salon if you're looking for a great experience! read more

This place is head and shoulders above most nail salons in the USA. Beautiful clean space, friendly techs who speak great English. I had Kim. He did my acrylics with focus and precision and good humor. Go out of your way to get your nails done here if you live, or are visiting, anywhere near here. read more

First time there was pleasant. I walked in and only had to wait 5 or 10 minutes in order to get a fill on acrylics with gel polish. I think I came in on the back end of an appointment so it was nice. Interior is beautiful. Tiffany did an incredible job on the shape and edges of my nails after I told her about someone at another salon doing a terrible job a few weeks before. It was a lot cheaper here than at the other salon I went to, which was great. We didn't talk a whole lot, which is ok with me, I don't mind the quiet. I appreciated the fact that they were playing piano covers of Disney songs over the speakers, which was really nice! They were also able to squeeze my boyfriend in for an hour long full body massage a couple hours later. They were running a special for a great price, so i couldn't pass it up. Hopefully they will keep up the nice service and skills on the nails. I hope they will stick around in riverwalk for a while. It's nice to have a decently priced salon that does a good job close by. Keep up the good work so you won't close down! read more

I came to Colorado to visit a friend and she wanted to get her nails done so I tagged along and figured I might as well get my nails done too. This nail salon is fairly new. The interior design of the salon was really nice and modern. The spa chairs are very roomy as well. There was piano music playing in the background, creating a very relaxing ambiance in the shop. The nail technicians were very welcoming and friendly throughout our visit. We were greeted by Tiffany, who worked on my friend's nails. She was extremely happy with her acrylic nails. My nails were done by Derron, who made me feel very comfortable and did a great job on my nails as well. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone and will definitely be coming back here during my next visit to Colorado. read more

Hello, DO NOT get Acrylic Nails done here! They did a HORRIBLE job! I went in for a fill and after 1 hour 1/2 guy doing them finished they were soooo bad.
