    Thanks Jay's Bike for putting together my daughters bike.

    I recently purchased a three-wheel bicycle for my daughter who has Down Syndrome. Even though I didn't buy the bicycle form Jay's (they don't sell these types of bikes) they were willing to professionally assemble it for me. This would have been enough to warrant a 5 star review in and of itself, but Jay went above and beyond. When I went to pick up the bicycle it didn't fit in my small SUV. One of Jay's employees offered to delivery it to my house that very evening much to my daughter's joy. Thank you and you have a customer for life.

    Really happy with our new bikes from Jays. Our old hybrids were just not cutting it for our needs. Andrew gave us several options, let us try before we bought, gave us a good price and we're two happy customers. Yesterday I did 25 miles from Easton to Bethlehem and back. Loved the bike. Today we cruised around Rahway park. My wife loves hers too.

    They have the worst service I would go every couple weeks to get my bike fixed because a problem would always occur it' was just constantly having problems and when we went to buy it was the newest version before the Kink launch 2019 and the frame had broken and they told me it was my fault and it wasn't they said I was riding with something broken for months and that cause the frame to break. This makes no sense since I told them the was constant squeaking and it felt harder to ride almost every time I brought it back. They should have soon the problem if it has "been broken for months" as one of the worst workers Chris he does no good work even my friends hate him he never does your bike right and when u need anything done with your bars or brakes he pulls your bars back and if you ask for them to be pulled back up he says what the hell do u need to pull your bars up for and we keep asking but he would never do it. Whenever he says there is something wrong he's wrong and it would end up not even being that so it was his fault the bike broke and he said I was ruff with it, i was never ruff with it he lied everyone that knows me knows I take care of my bike, if there is something broke I'd bring it to Jays but like every time a new problem occurred. All my friends know how bad the service is once when I had my pegs done it Would take the guy "Chris" 30 minutes and that seemed unusual so I came back after 25 minutes and he's halfway across the store looking around and he sees me and he slowly runs to the bike when he sees me and one was barely put on and it took so long for him to do it. I would have no problems with any other bike from other stores and my friend recommended this place and his bike keeps breaking too. I had the bike for almost a year and the Frame was broken because of the shit service offered at this place. It's not like I was even doing pro tricks I would ride around town and do simple tricks like wheelies and fakies and stuff like that not hard or pro tricks so this is how bad the service is. Also all my friends agree with how bad the service is. And also the employee Chris bullied my and my friends of how we looked and dressed and should of looked at himself because I bet he can't even get on a bike.

At no point should bolts randomly fling off your bike while you going down the Brooklyn bridge going 24mph. I'm a high school student and I had to pay for my bike with my own money. I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. From the owner Pete: OK, where are you going? (Direct email sent from owner) 1- Last Mile NYC replaces all of the electronics on your bike. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
