After they serviced my son's bike, the rear wheel came off while he was riding because the quick-release skewer had not been tightened. He fell and required stitches in his knee. They may be efficient, but forgetting to secure a wheel is an unacceptable and potentially very serious mistake. I no longer trust this shop to safely service my family's bikes. Go elsewhere for repairs.

I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone who needs to trust him to know what your bike needs to be repaired and put in back running. Small place and the hours are really short, only a few days a week and a few hours per day. The price changes the longer the item is in the store, after a month or so it goes down 10%, then down another 15% after another month, but only two reductions. After 90 days they give it back or donate it, whatever the consignor prefers. No returns! Super nice service, when I called in the kid looked up my skate size on the shelf and told me it was worth coming down. Of course they didn't fit when I got there and tried them Lol, but I found another pair that did.

Brought a vintage 1992 Tommasini racer I was gifted for rehab as gears were not working and no longer wanted lock-in pedals (bike had not been ridden in 25-30 years). Replaced cables, installed new pedals, adjusted rear derailer and a few other repairs. Everything worked perfectly, done when promised and at the cost estimated when dropped off. I bought my own tires and tubes, putting them on a few weeks prior- in hindsight, should have let Jay's do it. Took way too long, a hassle and likely didn't save much, if anything.
