I typed "coffee" into Google Maps and The Grind was the first place listed. We pulled up and didn't expect much to be honest. Once inside, we ordered two coffees and proceeded to have one of the most genuine and refreshing interactions with the owner Gator and barista Jeff. The coffee was delicious and the good company was even better. We could have hung out there all day. Now that I've read other Yelp reviews, I'm glad to see that we are not alone in our positive experience. I hope this business thrives indefinitely.

The beautiful scenery and periodic wildlife were amazing. I think the best moment was stopping off at a beach at low tide where numerous large pieces of ice from a glacier were sitting on shore. Just something I never imagined experiencing. The crew were awesome and friendly and you can't beat free snacks, tea, and hot chocolate on the boat.
