As a parent myself, I respect and admire moms who show up, work hard, and run a business while raising a family. That's something to applaud, not criticize. My experience was great from start to finish. I ordered the praline iced latte with vanilla sweet cream cold foam, and it was amazing, smooth, flavorful, and perfectly made. I also grabbed a rice crispy treat and banana bread, and both were fresh and delicious. The service was friendly and welcoming, and everything was handled professionally. Nothing about my visit felt unsafe or uncomfortable quite the opposite. It felt like supporting a hardworking small business run by someone who clearly cares about their customers. Small businesses and working parents deserve support from their communities, and I'm glad I stopped by. I'll definitely be coming back for another latte and more treats.

I came down here a short while ago to pick up an iced coffee drink and was really disappointed with…read morethe overall experience. Motor Mocha is located off the intersection of Debarr and Beaver Rd. next to Palermo's Pizza and adjoins a residential area. The place has changed ownership over the past couple of years with the place remodeled in a lime green from the original purple color. There was a second location off of Muldoon but that is now a Heavenly Cup just outside of Ace Hardware. The menu itself is a standard one with the usual lineup of coffee drinks (Americano, Breve, Mocha, et al) and snacks like muffins and cookies. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and was greeted by an employee who wasn't the most helpful and friendly when it came to customer service. I asked if they had cold brew and she said no. I said that's fine, an Iced Americano will do. I asked her if she had sugar-free flavors available on a printed list since it wasn't listed on the menu display. She said no and listed off the ones that were on the shelf, but did it in a manner that showed very little patience to repeat it again after going through the options very quickly. I was able to catch Amaretto, Vanilla, and Hazelnut, but I couldn't catch the other flavors. I decided to go with sugar-free Amaretto and unsweetened Almond Milk on a 20 oz. Iced Americano. I also asked her if she had any snacks that were low-carb or Keto friendly but again I got the same response. She was quick to prepare the drink and it was a reasonable $3.50. I gave her a five and told her to keep the change in hopes of at least getting a smile of appreciation from her, but she seemed indifferent and simply said, "Have a good night" and walked away. I tried the Iced Americano and I was very disappointed to find that it was watery with very little coffee flavor and too much emphasis on the Amaretto and Almond Milk. I could've turned around and driven back to request another one be made, but the experience itself was simply not worth it. I will be hard-pressed on coming back to this place for coffee especially since I left a tip for such a poor drink. A little courtesy goes a long way with me and I usually give a second chance to any business that provides it to me, but in this case that won't happen here.

Probably around $4 for the mocha and $5 for the lotus. Decent pricing. I also don't like how they do the punch card. The firm said I had to wait till next time to use my $1 off, but she stamped it. I bet they only let you use one amount off at a time too. Most huts give you $4 off or whatever after you bought 9 drinks. Or even just get a free one. They also dont take Apple Pay but at least they have you write down and sign your receipt and dont ask for a tip.
