We were experiencing issues with our sump pump. Jastal Plumbing was called in the evening and were able to schedule service the following day. The service technician sent out by Jastal Plumbing was James. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem while keeping us inform on the steps he was taking and the results. James explained the process necessary to fix the function of the pump. A detailed estimate was provided via email while he was at our residence. Checking his schedule, he was able to come back in 3 business days. During the repairs, James again kept us informed. He found an additional problem and share with us the photographs. The process and cost to resolve that issue were explained. The work was completed in one day and at what we felt was very reasonable price. Very disappointed in service from them charging $145.00 to troubleshoot a sub pump back up that they installed only about a year and a half ago and then to say diagnosis was that my sub pump was fried and total cost for an install for a new sub pump would be almost $500 in which he had to order. So now getting into over $600 total now in price I said forget it I will call somebody else and I called around and most gave me a price of under $300 to bring and install and so I went with another plumber that's coming out Monday a holiday at no extra charge that I will continue to use. I should of been told over the phone when I called that I would be charged $145.00 to troubleshoot the problem then I would of said forget it then and saved my sanity and money and called somebody else and not even of had them send anybody out. read more

I called Jaster Plumbing 1st they arrived on time 2nd, they assured me all will be well 3rd, they did not only change entirely my stuff that was broke, they were able to run to the store and get the part that was broke and did a quick fix. Man, it costed me $20 4th, They finished my job, helped me and cleaned around my kitchen. They did not do the mess, me and my kids did earlier. 5th After they were done, they asked me if anything in my house had any little problem, they can help me and fix it. These guys are the type we want out there. They established communications with my kids as well. Jeff, you rock. I called the office and spoke with a very polite young man that answered my questions and scheduled an appointment to have my leaking shower repaired. I received a text confirmation of the appointment with the details of arrival, job information and a photo of the technician. When the tech arrived, he was very polite and courteous in my home. He diagnosed my issue, presented me with a very reasonable price to repair and fixed it the same day! After the work was completed I received a detailed receipt. Great experience overall! We highly recommend Jastal Plumbing. The technicians have always showed up on time and been respectful. In 2020 we had our Laundry Room Faucet replaced by Jastal Plumbing. Unfortunately, after the first install, there were issues with dripping water. Upon our notifying Jastal of this issue, they immediately sent out a couple of technicians to correct the issue. There were no additional charges for the repairs (They have a one year warranty on parts and labor, as long as they supply the parts) and the faucet has been working wonderfully for two years now. We've been updating the house we bought and have come across a few water emergencies (due to previous owner's not so great fix it jobs). Jastal plumbing been here within 20 minutes of our water flooding emergency and were wonderful at getting it all patched up correctly. A few other issues we've had, one large one being our main waste line, they've been wonderful about scheduling and have done an amazing job. We would highly recommend them for small and big jobs (since we've had the experience of both now). He worked with our contractor to resolve construction issues and kept us informed as he worked through the inspection process. My daughter and son-in-law hired Jastal to replace their dying 75 gallon power vent waterheater. Came over and performed a survey and estimated the replacement. Offered a couple of options to them. Decided on a tankless system. The following Monday the Jastal crew were on the job. Their communication and professionalism are fantastic. I've had a very interesting 72 hours - as I was attempting a shower repair I expected to be minor, the water line into our home broke and I had to have the main shutoff repaired. Then, we found out our drain was also clogged and had to have that snaked.
