I met the owner Cimone when I placed an order a few months ago and she told me her business was actually named after her daughter, Jassy. When you support Jassy's Sweets and Eats, you're supporting a very sweet woman-owned local business!!!! We tried their red velvet pound cake, butter pound cake, bourbon pecan bars, regular pecan bars, and regular chocolate chunk brownies. I think my favorites were the butter pound cake, brownies, and bourbon pecan bars. My partner was obsessed with the red velvet pound cake and pretty much demolished it on his own, LMAO. The key is to leave the cake out for an hour or two after removing it from the fridge to restore its moisture. You can order through her website directly or if you're a returning customer, I think she does phone orders as well. And the lady explained that they are online for ordering and catering etc. She said she was trying to find out where the branding was coming from. I told her it was a foodie influencer on Instagram.
