I had a last minute panic order (Tues afternoon for Thurs delivery) calling in from Dallas to deliver cupcakes in Costa Mesa and Tracie was happy to help. Also went out of her way to confirm delivery and more importantly- sent me a picture of the cupcakes to drool over. They also deliver across the US via 'cupcake jars' so I will definitely be ordering myself some. I honestly wish I could give no stars. Which really sucks because I want to support black owned businesses. I placed a cake order on November 26 for a cake to be ready on December 13. I call Tracy the week of December 13 on December 8 and she didnt respond to my messages until I used someone else's phone to call her and she didn't recognize the number. By now its December 10 and she tells me that she forgot I wanted my cake on the 13th and that she made arrangements to go out of town. She insisted on bringing my cake to me on December 11th and 20 mins before my delivery time she sends this BS message about dropping it on the floor and being unable to remake it. It took her over an hour to refund my money back. Where do I find another cake in 48 hours from my college graduation party? Her communication sucks! Her professionalism sucks! Her time management sucks! I don't see how celebrities book her. Maybe she thinks us non celebrities are beneath her and that she can treat us any kind of way. The desserts that I did order came out beautifully and were delicious BUT unfortunately part of my order was dropped as stated by the baker the day before my event and she had to refund me. I think there was enough time for her to make more seeing that there was a while 24 hours before my event instead of having to go without desserts that were planned for my dessert bar. I did get a refund but from reading other reviews it seems like this has happened more than once from this vendor. It really is a shame because I love her work. read more

PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! I placed an order back in October 2019 for a cake to be delivered by Thanksgiving which is tomorrow. I paid $80.00 for the cake and shipping and I never received a delivery date or any tracking information. I emailed Tracie multiple times to get confirmation on when my order would arrive and she never replied not once to me. Which I think is interesting because when I was initially placing my order she would email me back very fast, but after I paid I never heard from her again. I even sent text messages and still no response. Looks like I'm going to have to take legal action ASAP. I can't believe this because I always try to support black businesses and this is the reason why so many fail. It's because there is a lack of professionalism and customer service. SMDH!! I don't know where to begin to describe how irritated I was with Tracy. I will say that at first I was excited to place an order because of all the great reviews on instagram. But, as soon As I paid that deposit the BS began. She make the cake in her choice of flavors not the flavor my daughter chose. She also wanted to change the pickup time to later in the day which would have made us late to my daughter's birthday party. I can admit that her work is nice and it taste good, but her professionalism needs major work. When they arrived, they were melted and I emailed her about this and til' this day, 4 years later, received not one reply. Will never order from her again. My order was canceled 2 days before my event I was issued a refund right away but I was left with no time to figure out what to do. I placed the order months in advance so this was a well prepared and thought out dessert buffet we were planning. The items we were ordering were playing a huge part of the over all look many props and items where bought for the cakes we had ordered it all went to waste and we couldn't make our vision come to life.... I ordered cupcakes to be delivered to my home back in December 2016. I never received them. I waited thinking she was a busy woman, and still no cupcakes. In May 2017 I got in contact with her and she claim she was very busy and forgot about my order. She claim she was going to make my cupcakes and send them my way ASAP.
