We love Jason's and often order on the app but since my husband was out yesterday he stopped by and paid cash for our food. A mistake was made and we were overcharged $5.00 for a sandwich. No big deal except since it was cash they couldn't just credit our card. I called and spoke to the employee who rang him up. She kept trying to tell me that they charged for extra protein. I told her to look on their app and see that the 1/2 sandwich included salami and ham for 11.19 but she added $5. She finally put the manager, Lucas, on the phone. He looked up the order and saw the mistake. I told him we'd come by the next day to get our $5 plus back. He was very nice and that was that. Well, they got my husband's sandwich wrong by adding sauerkraut to his pastrami sandwich, so when he went back today to get our $5 plus, suddenly Lucas said he could not refund the cash because it was the next day. Instead Lucas gave him a $10 gift card. I'm annoyed because I told him on the phone we did not want a gift card. I called back and Lucas said he told me last night it had to be a gift card because it was the next day. He did not tell me that on the phone last night. He apologized about that and the sandwich being made incorrectly but I just wanted what we overpaid. I guess I'll make a call to the regional manager next. He also kept our receipt. Luckily, I have a picture of it. Very annoyed. They stole our money.

Mushroom Monday is my fun day!!!!

Okay, I'm giving it five stars, even though I threw my sandwich away after the first bite. There…read morewas mayo in that bite. Communication was a struggle on both ends. I tried to get the man behind the counter to understand that I wanted half a muffaletta, with no mayo. I expressed this in several different ways, because the confused expression on his face indicated that none of it was registering. In the end I gave up and accepted the whole, giant sandwich wheel. It wasn't till I got home that I realized he'd misunderstood more than just the size I was asking for. I can't tell you how much I despise mayonnaise (unless I'm having a BLT, and am thoroughly in charge of the application of the condiment). Why would it even be an option, mayo on a muffaletta? It would be just as ridiculous to have to specify "no ketchup" on one. I don't mean to come off as overly dramatic, here, but that bite was more harmful to me than anything that has ever happened to anyone in the history of humankind. You're probably thinking, "He-LLO . . . Have you seen Schindler's List?" And you may have a point. I sat through that whole film just letting valuable hours pass me right by. But this sandwich thing was even worse. So, after all that bitching, why the five stars, Mike? Because I know it would have been good without the mayonnaise. And because I remember the old Antone's. Not gonna let one assassination attempt ruin that history. I can't go back until I'm completely fluent in Spanish, though. Como se dice "mayo" in espanol?

I received 1 baklava, 2 pasta salads (not ordered), and one macaroni salad. The lack of attention to the order was disappointing. The food: The mufalata is excellent, great flavor and value for the price. The 4 oz salads are too small and all of the pasta salads are bland, so I doubt recommend them. The fruit salad was great and very fresh and tasty. The hummus is lemony, but also gritty, so it depends on your preference on whether you'll enjoy it. The pasta salad is smooth, but tasted great. The cheesecake is meh, and tastes like it is just a basic store bought dessert. The baklava is super sweet, but good value compared to other restaurants. The Greek salad was very fresh and comes with plenty of shredded feta. I'd recommend Paulie's for the sandwiches, potato salad, and fresh salads. The desserts and pasta salads are not worth trying.

My partner wanted to grab lunch here so we tried for the first time this place. We got a simple sandwich and elote which the staff said it should take 15-20 mins. We waited and waited it past 40+ mins and I went to ask. - First was that they lost our order number and they couldn't find it. - Second the manager began to say our order was taken by someone else and then that my partner grabbed it. Switching her words back and forth and not believing what we had said. I asked how did we grab our stuff if I still have the device to notify when our food is ready. - Third she completely stopped talking to us and went to go help at other customers. I told her we want our money back and she said, "well I'm not going to refund for the drinks you had". Ma'am, that's not how you run a business. Just admit you messed up and take ownership of your mistakes to help a customer out. - Fourth she mentioned that other tickets have been lost today and other foods have been stolen before. This just shows how disorganized this placed is. We were able to ask for our money back but it was a battle about it. I was disappointed because we wanted to support your business but at this service? Heck no! Do not come here. And from reading other reviews now we did not miss on the food.

The muffuletta was made to order and took less than 5 minutes. It was served warm and was SO GOOD! Layers of meaty, salty goodness accented by the brininess of the pickles and olives. I easily finished half the sandwich for lunch and will likely have the other half for dinner haha. Their whole muffuletta is the priciest sandwich on the menu, but could probably reasonably feed 2. Angelo'z also offers rotating daily sandwich combos-- order the sandwich of the day and get chips and a drink for $10. Chip selection includes Lay's, Zapp's, and Kettle. If you're in a rush, many of their popular sandwiches it seems, are available to be grabbed from the case. Also in the case are a variety of sides, like deviled eggs or pasta salad... cookies and cake for dessert, too! COVID safety: all employees wearing masks and hand sanitizer available. Some seating inside available. Next time I'm craving a sub sandwich, I'll be sure to be back!
