    Communal hightop seating, Large TV

Cute little gem that saves you more hiking down the steep hill. Restaurant seating is small and casual with communal benches/stools. The smash burgers are fresh and super tasty. Opted for the double cheeseburger - asked for light sauce bc it's just my preference. Fries were thin and crispy. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the man working the grill was very personable and greeted us both on the way in and out. They have a small selection of food, which I think is what keeps it solid. Also drinks in cans/bottles and beer as well.

Wonderful spot for a quick bite. The McBANGBANG was tasty. Had that with onion rings. The staff is really sweet. Good service.

We stopped by here for lunch after visiting the Fairmont hotel (it's just a few streets down from the hotel). When we got in we were happily greeted by the owner and his wife. They were so friendly and accommodating. We ordered the cheeseburger with fries. It was simple but a tasty selection. I highly recommend coming here for the great food. We felt like are visiting their home.

Jasmin's is a small restaurant with a big vibe. Their burgers are low key notorious, and I also enjoy the delicious California burrito, small but flavorful; it comes with a side of warmed chips. Food comes out quickly, and service is friendly and helpful.

A hidden gem. Wouldn't have known about it without these reviews. It was two steep blocks from our hotel but the climb helped burn off some of the calories. We had a burger and fries and chicken katsu over rice. Both were excellent. The burger was a lean over special. Super juicy. And everything was piping hot. We recommend Jasmin's.

Workers seem nice, we tried mcbangbang and it was tasty, meat not super high quality but that's fine. Made the fries extra crispy at my request. Cool pineapple cups.

Veggie burger was quite good, everything tasted fresh and the bun was soft (not soggy though) and chewy. The prices are pretty reasonable overall too, the burger itself was $13. The onion rings were nice and crispy but they give way too few onion rings for a $5-6 order. It was like 7 pieces! Cool spot on the inside. Not really a sit down place but there are a bunch of high top bar style seats.

This spot is relatively new to Nob Hill, about two years old. It's owned by the parents of the original Tacorea. Their burgers are really good. I usually get the classic, but they also have inventive, mostly Asian-inspired burgers. Friendly owner, good price.

    - A Transcendent Tater Tot Experience There are moments in one's culinary life that divide time itself--before and after the bite. Today, dear reader, I crossed such a threshold. The cheeseburger arrived like a modest masterpiece: unassuming in presentation, yet wholly confident in its craft. Each layer--melty cheese clinging to a perfectly seared patty, a whisper of char playing against the tender brioche--spoke of restraint, of balance, of a kitchen that knows. One does not eat such a burger; one communes with it. And then--the tots. Golden cylinders of transcendence. The exterior crackled between my teeth with the audible promise of perfection. Inside, a pillowy warmth so precisely salted it made the angels weep (or perhaps that was just me). If manna ever descended from heaven, I am convinced it came pre-seasoned to this specification. Each bite was both nostalgic and divine, like a choir of Idaho cherubs singing the praises of the fryer. In a world oversaturated with "artisanal" and "gastro-this" nonsense, this place achieves what few can: simple excellence executed flawlessly. My compliments to the chef--who appears to be a celestial being that oversees the crisping of potatoes. If you find yourself lucky enough to dine here, do not overcomplicate it. Order the cheeseburger. Add the tots. Then sit back, close your eyes, and ascend.

We were looking for a place to eat on Union Square. We yelped burgers and found Jasmin's on Bush St. We ordered cheeseburgers, fries, onion rings, and tater tots. Excellent find! Tiny joint but best burgers indeed and reasonable prices! Highly recommend.

Visiting SF and this was a cute lunch spot near our hotel. You order and pay at the counter before going to your seat of choice. The owners are super sweet and friendly. The food came out quickly, like legit took maybe 5-10min and it was piping hot. The chicken teriyaki was excellent; chicken was perfectly good with a slightly sweet teriyaki sauce. Rice was cooked super well too and the mac salad was surprisingly light. The side salad was refreshing. If you come here, you have to get the onion rings because they're crunchy and come with a tangy tartar sauce. My bf said the double cheeseburger is super solid and comes with homemade buns.

The portions are huge, the food is delicious and made fresh to order. The customer service is also amazing, they explained the whole menu to us and made sure to check on us throughout our time here to ensure we were still satisfied!

The chicken sandwich overall was fine, but the fried chicken itself was too stringy based on the meat they used. It was hard to easy take a bite of the chicken. The spicy chicken sandwich was spicy and had a kick compared to other chicken sandwiches I've had before. The sandwich also had pickles and coleslaw in it. For the loaded tots, they reminded me of a loaded baked potato but with tots. It came with cheese, sour cream, chives and bacon. For the curly fries, they were good, had nice seasoning on it. Overall, food came out pretty quickly, food is priced reasonably as well. I'd come back for the loaded tots and curly fries, if the chicken wasn't too stringy would be back for the sandwich as well.

It's exactly what you'd hope for from a place like this. The fries were decent, but nothing special--good enough, just not as standout as the burger. The cheese sticks were tasty and cooked well, but at around $18, they felt a bit overpriced for what you get. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and kept things moving smoothly. I also ordered another soft flour tortilla on the side ($0.50 extra) and added black beans, fresh tomato salsa, and roasted chili-corn salsa on the side, bringing the total to $4.85. I opened the extra soft flour tortilla and added the black beans, fresh tomato salsa, and roasted chili-corn salsa, then placed the steak taco with the fajita veggies and cheese on top. It ended up looking and eating more like a mini steak burrito, which was a very good value for the price. Unfortunately, the steak was too fatty, rubbery, and difficult to chew. I was expecting leaner pieces of steak. I also found the fajita veggies to be extremely salty. In fact, I had to drink three cups of water after finishing my meal because of the saltiness. I've eaten at multiple Chipotle locations, and I've noticed the fajita veggies are consistently very salty. I think Chipotle could easily cut the amount of salt in half without affecting the flavor. Next time, I won't order the steak again because of the fatty, tough meat. Overall, for $4.85, turning a taco into what felt like a mini burrito was still a very good value.

The wait itself was frustrating, but the real issue was the woman taking orders. She genuinely didn't care. I understand burnout - I worked in the food industry, so I get how exhausting customer facing jobs can be. But it was NOT busy. She was not overwhelmed with customers or orders. She was just standing there on her phone, completely disengaged. At one point she put her headphones in and was talking on them while people in the kitchen were making orders. There were at least 4 orders sitting on the counter behind her, and she never checked once. There were only 2 of us and one other customer standing there waiting, clearly confused, for over 30 minutes. She even started getting ready to leave as if it was totally normal that people were still standing there waiting for food. No communication. No checking. No sense of responsibility. You could tell the kitchen staff was annoyed too because she was doing absolutely nothing. When we finally asked for a refund, she offered a whole pizza instead. For what?
