A little local-owned hamburger shop i ran into while craving a burger. The owner is this wholesome sweet korean lady, and her store survived covid as well! I got the double cheeseburger with a side of onions rings. The ingredients were very fresh and hot off the grill! Burger had a rich beef taste complimented with their housemade thousand island. Slightly tangy with slight touch of creamyness. They also add pickled peppers instead of pickles, which i actually prefer. They are known for their chicken katsu and teriyaki as well, so will try those next time! read more

Came on a Friday night and it wasn't too busy! The inside is small with some seating available. Got to meet THE Jasmin herself! Her and the rest of the staff were SO lovely. This place is right around the corner from me so I pop in whenever I want a quick chicken nuggie, burger, and/or onion rings. Aunty is always working the front and is friendly and funny. Cute little gem that saves you more hiking down the steep hill. Restaurant seating is small and casual with communal benches/stools. The smash burgers are fresh and super tasty. Opted for the double cheeseburger - asked for light sauce bc it's just my preference. Fries were thin and crispy. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the man working the grill was very personable and greeted us both on the way in and out. The food came out quickly, like legit took maybe 5-10min and it was piping hot. The chicken teriyaki was excellent; chicken was perfectly good with a slightly sweet teriyaki sauce. Rice was cooked super well too and the mac salad was surprisingly light. The side salad was refreshing. If you come here, you have to get the onion rings because they're crunchy and come with a tangy tartar sauce. There's several options for burgers and sides, as well as healthy choices like teriyaki noodles with chicken. We like to get the burgers, fries, onion rings, and tater tots usually, but we've ventured into the loaded fries, McBangBang, and a few other options. I seriously *love* the garden burger and the onion rings, and the nuggets and tots appeal to your inner child. Service is variable, depending on their order queue. They do a lot of deliveries and pickups, as there's not a large dining area at all, so even if the place is empty, you might have to wait a bit for your order to come out. One of my co workers was craving a juicy burger. So we searched around our hotel to see what was good. We stumbled upon this place to try it out. The place isn't big by any measure but the customer service and hospitality were amazing. We felt as if we were eating at one of our friends or family houses. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile and asked what we would like to eat or have a taste for. It was our first time so they showed us the menu and asked what we had a taste for. I went with the Vegan burger with cheese and fried onions. I also tried the fries. My friend had the double cheeseburger with fried onions with fries as well. It wasn't packed when we went but it was 4pm on a Tuesday. So I wouldn't think it would have been packed. We sat down and waited for our food. While we were waiting, we saw many locals coming in to pick up their food and go. The owner knew them all by name and you could tell they were probably coming to dine every week. We received our food and man it was delicious!! Both burgers were cooked to perfection and the buns were soft and yummy as well. It definitely melted in your mouth. The fries were just ok and needed some salt added to them, but that's ok. Came in for a quick bite on a Friday night. There was a short line in front and we were able to snag a table for 3. We ordered cheeseburger, double cheeseburger with a side of fries. The burgers themselves were decent, felt like the patties were decent quality and of good size. They were juicy but didn't seem to have much sear on them. Buns were very sweet (think potato buns) and they were not toasted at all. Pretty much just straight from the bag. I did not like that. Furthermore, we paid $5.50 (base price) for a side of fries and we were given approximately a handful of shoestring fries. Very bad value on this but perhaps was an anomaly. Beer options are awesome for a burger joint tho. $4 a bottle. Probably cheapest I've seen at a restaurant with sit down service. I would give this place another visit for a chance to redeem themselves but otherwise not memorable. read more
