He chatted with me and made me feel more at ease about my horrible situation that landed me needing a tow. I have no complaints about the driver and don't want the rest of my review to reflect his service. It was perfect. However, I have to mention that whoever answered the phone when I called (Dispatch, I believe, not a driver) was not professional. I had just been in an accident, I was very stressed out and panicky. I asked them, "Do I ride with the driver or do I need my own ride/Uber?" I thought that was a reasonable question...I've never had a tow before and I was at work. Even my driver asked me if I was riding with him or getting other transportation-I do not feel that my question warranted a joke. The man on the line responds "Nah, we just drop the truck off with you and you have to drive it home." Keep in mind I am having a panic attack and am not sensing that it's a joke so I go "Oh, okay?" and he goes "I'm kidding." Whole time, he had a tone of nonchalant sarcasm and I felt pretty bad about it. Maybe tell Dispatch to stop making jokes to troubled callers. Really distasteful.

Then a few more minutes later Kevin called back and said his driver had to go buy a rope and would be back in 1-2 hours. then about 45 mins later a different person called and said the driver still needed to go buy this rope and some straps to safely be able to pull out my vehicle and that was going to take 4-5 more hours before he could get back to me. In the end my kind hearted neighbors pulled me out of the ditch and saved me over $400 dollars. I will never use or recommend this company ever again lesson learned!

I took my grieving Son's wife and family there to see his truck and retrieve his personal belongings. We made several calls to schedule a time to be there. Upon arrival the attendant there was very rude and would not allow anybody to see the truck. After making a call he said only one person could go back to view the truck but only my Son's wife would be able to retrieve the personal belongings, she was not in any condition to go alone, so another family member went. There was a very special keepsake in the truck she wanted. She was finally able to compose herself enough and he allowed her to go back and retrieve it. This family was in a very difficult time and just needed to see the truck to get a little closure.
