Have used this shop once or twice in the past for minor repairs. But when our 2012 Expedition was…read moremisfiring and I needed somewhere for my wife to drop it off quick I told her to take it to them. Boy was that a mistake. After explaining the situation about recently having the spark plugs and ignition coils changed I was told the issue was cylinder number 8(the "hard" one to get to) and that the shop needed to pull the cylinder head off and send it off to get machined and redo the spark plugs. $2500 out the door. So anyways. I called another mechanic and explained everything over the phone to see if the misfiring issue warrants pulling the head off and sending it off to a machine shop, long story short he said get it over to him for a second opinion which is exactly what I did. I'm out a whopping $250.. and the problem wasn't even number 8 as stated. The #2 spark plug wasn't seated correctly. Look. I know I'm dumber than the average bear, but why exactly did I even pay y'all a $120 "diagnostic" fee when you didn't even properly diagnose my vehicle and then tried to rip me off another $2500 on top of that?! Yall should absolutely be ashamed of yourselves.. but am I ever going to see that $120 I paid yall again, nope. I'm sure yall will eat well though. Anyways yeah if you made it this far into the review always always get a second opinion if something smells fishy. The days of good honest mechanics are long gone at Jazz Auto

Let's just say it turned out much worse than when I started. The paint looked dull, cloudy, and nothing like I had hoped. After realizing I was in over my head, I reached out to Frank on Facebook just to get a few estimates. Within minutes, Frank called me, asked about the truck, and even came to my house to look at it in person. He took the time to explain exactly what went wrong, what it would take to fix it, and what I could realistically expect. He never tried to oversell me or pressure me. His honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer service are what earned my business that same day. What impressed me even more was that once he started repairing my DIY mistake, he discovered it required more work than he originally expected. Even so, he honored the original quote without hesitation. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. I got my truck back the very same day, and I honestly couldn't be happier. The blue paint is a perfect match, the finish is deep and glossy, and you can't tell where the repair ends and the original paint begins. It looks factory new. If you're considering having paint or body work done, do yourself a favor and call Frank first. I learned the hard way that sometimes DIY ends up costing more in the long run, but thankfully I found someone who truly cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend him and won't hesitate to use him again.

its July 31 2026 and I went to TD for a T5 transmission rebuild out of a 1990 Foxbody , mind you I…read morepulled the transmission out myself and took it to him I asked him how much for a rebuild he told me he'd have to check it and let me know later that day I thought he was gonna be a honest stand up guy but boy was I wrong he called me the next night and quoted me 1,750 for it and when I told him that's out of my price range he said 1,400 and I told him I'd have to think about it so the next day I go to his shop and tell him I don't think I want to do the rebuild with him , he catches an attitude immediately and wanted to give me my transmission ripped apart in a box and still charge me 75$ I told him why didn't he let me know this when I dropped it off , he never told me anything about a diagnostic fee I asked him how much to give me back my stuff the way I brought in and he said 120$ , if I could give this place a 0 star I would NEVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!Terrible customer service

We gave these people a call after they repaired our neighbor's furnace in their camper van. They…read morewere quick to reply and came out to assess our problems that afternoon. On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. Very professional and reliable!! We were impressed!
