I needed a chip replaced in my windshield after a long road trip. I messaged through yelp and got a quick response back. He even came out a few hours after I talked to him. He was so professional and nice. He was very upfront about everything. My chip was a bit bigger then a dime and he was able to fix it beautifully. You can't even see where the chip was! He even cleaned my whole windshield which was covered in bugs from my trip. I highly recommend this company! Honest, price was great and did a fantastic job! read more

Amazing service! My husband's rear door window was shattered on his way into work. I called at 8 am and Prince was able to schedule to fix the window by 9 am. America is swiftly becoming a service based economy! Sadly, many business owners do not know how to provide service. This guy! He does! First, the quote pre and post service matched, no up sale or price gouging! Next, on the phone, he was polite, knowledgeable and quick to describe his demand \ schedule quotient, he stays busy! So, call early. But when he gives a time...he stands by it. HERE IS THE TEXAS SALT LICK! He came to me, with a deal HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS CHEAPER THAN SAFELITE! Did ya just salivate? :) I did! Ok, I will never see a dodo bird, or a t-rex, or shaq smile, but I have seen something almost as rare: a MASTER BUSINESS OWNER! USE THIS GUY! read more

I had abstract auto glass replace my windshield on my 2017 Infinity QX 60 on July 3. He said he was unable to remove my rain sensor patch and would be back out the following Monday or Tuesday with a new one. Well we went into 3 weeks later and no show no call so I called and spoke to him to remind him about it and he said he would be out the following Friday. Well again a no show no call. So at this point dealership will repair my rain sensor patch. read more

My girl's Fri t windshield was cracked and needed replacing. I contacted several companies including the one that everyone knows and probably considers a "Safe" bet. I read the reviews for all and Abstract had the best out of all that I researched and had at least a dozen reviews. So I contacted them for a quote. The quote was close but slightly less than any of the others including the one that usually comes up first when you Google windshield replacement. So I reached out to the company and Prince called me back even though he happened to be on vacation. He said he would be back on Tuesday and he could fit me in on Wed or after. I said ok but I had hoped he could get to it sooner because I had to go out of town for a conference and I was hoping to get it done by Tuesday as a birthday surprise but I understood it was late notice so that was fine. Prince called me first thing Tuesday morning and said he had moved some things around to accommodate me since it was a birthday surprise and I had to leave town the next day. I couldn't believe I was getting that kind of customer service. That is almost unheard of these days. He came to my office and did the work in the parking lot while I continued with my job. It didn't take very long and I was completely satisfied with the new windshield. I am a very happy customer and I cannot thank him or recommend Abstract enough! read more

My new go to for windsheild repair! Terrick and Chris came to my office and had me fixed quickly. Price was extremely reasonable. They called before they came so easy to plan your day. They did a great job and for the price cannot be best! read more

I'd just like to say I would recommend this guy to anyone out there needing to get windshield replacement on their vehicle. I contacted him on a Monday evening and my appointment was set for the following morning. He arrived on time, gave me a time frame of about 45 minutes, was done in that allotted time and did a excellent job! Oh yea, did I mention the price was the best one that I ran across when I was doing my search for the service. Thank you again and I'll make sure I pass along this guys information. I couldn't have asked for anything better! read more

Very pleased with the professionalism from Terrick the owner and his son of Abstract Auto Glass. Quick to answer the phone. Polite. Immediate service. Knowledgeable. Quality work. Easy going and kind spirit. Customer service oriented. Can't say enough good things. Choose Abstract. You won't be disappointed! My situation: Wednesday at 7pm I broke my back windshield of Jeep Grand Cherokee. Friend found Abstract on yelp. Called and Terrick answered, gave me a quote and made me feel at ease. Said Friday and possibly could come Thursday. Terrick called me Thursday and said he could come out. Did I say I live 30 minutes outside of FW? Terrick and his son showed up. Immediately started working. Fixed windshield in an hour or less. Cleaned up all broken glass and were very easy going and nice to talk with during the process. Happy customer and they made me feel like a friend by the time they left. Choose abstract ! read more

These are great people. I can't recommend them highly enough. It's so nice to do business with someone that takes pride in their product and service. A couple of weeks ago, I went out to my van, and I found that the passenger side window had fallen down into the door. I had to idea what to do. It was after 5, and I knew most glass places were closed. I checked Yelp, and I was hoping that the five star reviews here didn't lie. Prince answered the phone, told me which auto parts store to call and what to ask for. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He came to my work the following day, and he fixed my glass in record time! He is an incredibly friendly man, and he did excellent work. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. read more

My car was broken into. I called Prince at 9am, and he had my window fixed the same day. The price was $130 cheaper than any other quote I had received, and he came to me for free! Q: What do you do when a random object crashes into your windshield on the freeway, damaging your once-perfect glass? A: You call Abstract Auto Glass. When you have to shell out your hard-earned money to fix an unforeseen mishap that most likely wasn't your fault, it is nice to deal with a company that works quickly and with excellent customer service. When my windshield was cracked beyond repair I got quotes from different glass repair places including a national chain. Abstract Auto Glass was not only cheaper (over $100 cheaper compared to the big "safe" name) but they had the friendliest service. They were prompt, explained every step of the way, and stand behind their work with a lifetime warranty. From now on, if I need chip repair or glass replacement I am only calling Abstract Auto Glass. I would highly recommend working with them. read more

Prince is great! He was prompt in returning my call and texting about coming to our house last week. Our windshield quote at other places was higher than the quote from Prince with Abstract. The windshield was installed with no issues, and Prince's assistant "Q" was awesome too. They were very thorough, neat, and efficient. Thanks for great service! Go LOCAL, go Abstract! read more

Prince was the nicest guy and I cannot recommend Abstract Auto Glass enough! I was riding with a huge crack and needed my windshield replaced so I called and made a house-call appointment. Prince asked if I had a rain sensor for my windshield and I honestly thought I did but when he showed up he realized that I actually didn't, my mistake. I apologized and he said, no big deal, it happens, but we both knew the rain was supposed to be coming the next day and last for a while, and after discovering that I had an hour long commute between home and work, he decided to go out of his way early the next morning and come replace my windshield so that I would be equipped to face the rain later that day. Such a nice guy, really good price. You can't go wrong! read more

Mon, Jun 10, 2019 8:11 am I contacted this company via their Web page because I had taken the day off and needed a new front shield for my 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport, within minutes I had a response via e-mail. Mr. Prince, after obtaining information in reference to my vehicle stated that he could install that day. A few hours passed and they were at my residence with a quick install. I waited to leave a review. This was the best experience that I have had, the price was right and the company very professional. The quality of work was great, saved my toll tag and registration sticker. They will be my goto as long as they are still in business and offer great service. Ms. Patton read more

They replaced the windshield on my hyundai sonata. Fantastic price and service. They did such a great job, we had them come replace my husband windshield the next day. My windshield got cracked from a small rock on the highway and it spidered out to the edge of the windshield so it wasn't repairable by myself. The car is as good as new! read more

Our car had a small crack that ended up spreading beyond being repairable. Called around to a bunch of places and AAG ended up being the cheapest and quickest by a long shot. He called me to let me know they were on there way. Got our window replaced and even managed to save our toll tag and other stickers. Within about 30-45 minutes new window in place and ready to go. Would definitely recommend to use them if you need auto glass work read more

Awesome guys!! I had scheduled for Terrick to come out to my office on Thursday this week and he said he would be there around 2. I got pulled into an unexpected meeting and missed him by about 30 minutes. I felt so bad! He said it was no problem and also scheduled to come out this morning at 8:30 to take care of my windshield. He was here on time, took 40 minutes and was done! I was able to go back up to work and he called me when they were done for me to come out and make sure everything was good to go. Also a huge plus is their pricing! I have NEVER spent under $300 for a windshield replacement and for my 2013 Hyundai Sonata it was barely more than half with Terrick. My back window just randomly shattered I called Abstract and he made me an appointment for the next day. He came to my job and replaced my window in record time. Abstract was the best price that I was quoted. The owner came out himself and made sure He replaced my window with the correct glass that had the rear window defrost, while all the other companies I contacted (about 7 ) kept telling me that my car model doesn't have a rear window defrost. He did a great job. read more

Incredibly quick service and fantastic response time. Had such a pleasure conversing and did a great job on my windshield repair.

I had a bad accident and got stuck in Texas for 8 months recovering. Once I was released, I bought a used Suburban to finally drive back home to Virginia. The vehicle I purchased had a crack down the windshield that I knew wouldn't pass Virginia's strict inspection criteria. So I called around to the usual big-name glass replacement companies. You know the commercials. But when I found Abstract Auto Glass, Mr Prince was by far the nicest, most professional installer I had talked to. And he beat the prices I had gotten by at least $100! He and his son were efficient, professional, and quick. The windshield looks amazing! It didn't hurt that he also gave me a lifetime warranty which included a hook up in Baltimore where my next Personal Chef job is going to be after getting home. Don't waste your time anywhere else. If you want to be treated right and feel like family, Abstract Auto Glass should be your only choice! read more

I was traveling through the DFW area and didn't hardly know where I was but Prince found me, fixed me right up and gave me a great price!!!

The rubber around my windshield started coming off while I was on my way home today. I called a couple of places to get quotes to get it fixed and was told that Safelite would only do it if they had previously replaced your windshield, and another place quoted me $120. Then I called Abstract Auto Glass. Terrick told me he could fix it in a few minutes for $20. Even though he was already done for the day, he told me to come by and he fixed it in five minutes! Great service! I will be sure to call Abstract Auto Glass first if I ever need anything done with my windshield. read more
