Our front window was replaced by DCI Autoglass. Months later after getting a rock chip while driving our window needed replacing. Took the vehicle to Safelight for the repair but they were unable to because side molding and clips were glued in by the previous installer (DCI). The molding and clips will need to be replaced. The insurance company will not cover it because they should not have been glued down. DCI was contacted but they have refused to talk to us about this issue. read more

DCI Auto Glass - Replaced back window - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me

Affordable replacement windshield for our station wagon. It's been a month since installation and we have no issues.

Ok folks so listen up on this one. These guys are great!!! I had a terrible weekend where both my wife's and my car windshield were damaged on I-20 (the city REALLY needs to clean up our highways but that's a story for another day). I called Diego at DCI to get a price quote...they were 1 of 5 companies I called for quotes. DCI quoted one of the best prices. They set me up for installation the next day at 800am. DCI was at my door 8:00 sharp. No waiting ......no 4 hour window. They completed the installation for both cars in little more than an hour......AND cleaned up the cars leaving absolutely no debris. The cars were cleaner than when they began their work. Absolutely no complaints.....a very professional company. Do NOT replace your car window w/o giving these guys a call first. REAL TALK! read more

DCI was quick, efficient, and much more competitively priced then others. I sent a message in the morning and was able to get a same day appointment in the afternoon. I would highly recommend DCI. read more

When I ask for a quote, they we're upfront about the process. Other services mention additional cost, DSI knew what was required for my vehicle. Arrived with the time mention. Completed the installation in the time quoted. Clean and quality work, Hope I don't have to need a another windshield but if I do, will call DCI Auto Glass. read more

Fast and reliable! Diego came to the house early in the morning and replaced my windshield before work! It would have been same day service if I had given him the right info yesterday. He drove all the way to Keller to find out it was the wrong windshield. Picked up the right one and was at my home first thing in the morning with a smile! No frustration for the inconvenience! I would definitely recommend DCI read more

Prompt, professional and personal service. A rock nicked my windshield and created a crack which, if not addressed, would have grown into a problem. DIego from DCI came to my house and fixed it in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. If you're in Arlington, I highly recommend! read more

Receipt of quote through Yelp interface was prompt. Windshield replacement quote was a good value. Time and location scheduled for service was convenient. Technician was prompt, professional, polite and provided appropriate follow-up explanation/instructions. Can't think of anything that could be improved upon. Will recommend to friends & family. read more

Diego from DCI auto glass is a class act! Vandals hit my truck at night while parked in a residential neighborhood and broke a window while I was staying in Arlington for a conference. A local tinting company (Scott Solar Control Window Tinting) referred me to Diego at DCI and he was willing to come fix it where I was staying on Saturday of Easter weekend! Super fast and outstanding work quality! Customer service like this isn't found every day! God bless Diego! read more

My windshield was cracked on Easter Day. I was looking on yelp and saw I could request a quote so I sent a request thinking they would get to it Monday when they get to work. Nope. They got back to me right away!!! This place is amazing! We got me set up for an early appointment the next day and they were right on time. They did really great work at a very good price. I definitely recommend them! read more

Great service on time and professional. Prices were fair with a life time warranty! Will refer them to anyone looking for windshield repair services. read more

I contacted DCI through the yelp app and they were very quick to respond, less than an hour after I messaged. They didn't have any same day availability (my fault since I contacted them in the afternoon on a Sunday) but they gave me a time window early Monday morning. Not only did the tech get there at the beginning of the quoted timeframe but he called to notify me he was on his way (practically unheard of with things like this). He was polite and got right to work and in a very short amount of time I had a brand new, crack-free windshield that looked darn near like the one my car came with, and at less than half the cost of what the company my insurance company directed me to, and almost 2 weeks faster to boot. Would highly recommend. read more

My windshield cracked in several places from hail so needed be be replaced sooner rather than later. Diego and Diana were prompt and courteous through Yelp and over the phone and were able to schedule me within the time frame I was hoping for.The technician, John, was very friendly and professional. He replaced my windshield quickly and gave clear explanations on follow up care. The windshield looks great! The price was very reasonable ($200 cheaper than a place my insurance recommended). I would definitely use this place again for any future window issues. read more

GREAT JOB! Could not have gone smoother. Came out exactly on time and the technician, John, is highly experienced and a true professional. Out of 3 quotes, DCI offered the best price too! Will definitely use again if I ever have the need!! read more

This was the easiest auto glass replacement shop to find with all of the great reviews. I sent a quote request through Yelp - DCI was comparable. Easy choice. He came out to my place of work, did a great job with the replacement, even changed all my stickers over for me. I will definitely recommend DCI Autoglass to my friends, no matter where in the metroplex they live. DCI made it easy. read more

I had a great experience with DCI Auto Glass. I called around to find the best price to replace a window. DCI had the best price and was able to come out the same day. When they arrived, it turned out there was actually a mechanical problem with the window and they were able to fix that even though I didn't expect them to. I'll definitely call them for any future glass needs. read more
