I gave them a chance to make it right but they ignored…read more I messaged them on a Sunday night. I had gotten a chip on a rental that was due back the next afternoon. I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. He said no problem we can get this fixed for you in the morning before you return it. He came at 7am and sent me before and after photos. The "after photo" he texted me appeared as if there was no more visible chip so I figured mission accomplished. When I got in the car I was shocked. This was not fixed at all and actually looked worse than before because of the drilling he did. (Photos attached) So now I'm going through the claim process that I was trying to avoid and out hard earned dollars that they refused to refund.

I had gotten a chip in my windshield that quickly resulted in a half-foot crack. Called Chip Away…read moreAuto Glass and was promptly taken care of by one of their professionals, Edward. Unfortunately, some issues arose with the windshield afterwards that left me less than content. I contacted Chip Away to express my concerns, and was reassured that I would be helped in any way possible. Edward suggested some possible fixes that ultimately didn't end up working out, but when it came down to that, he obliged with a partial refund of the service. These sort of things happen, and the blame can be placed anywhere, albeit irrelevant in the grand scheme of things because what matters most is how the problem is handled afterwards. And Chip Away Auto Glass made sure that we parted on happy terms, just as a responsible and customer-oriented business should.

I live in mckinney. whole reason I drove there is to avoid the shipping fee. and I guarantee you I will not "cook" these speakers. the powberbass were clipping immediately within the first 30 seconds of playing them. haven't heard clipping one single time with these. just admit you're a rookie, it's okay ALSO, the main reason i'm leaving this review is bc I didn't like your sh*t attitude. you attended to 2 customers that came in after me before you wanted to continue our conversation we were having before they walked in. you didn't even say one second i'll be with you after them. you just ignored me. anyways. good luck with your mediocre audio shop.
