Blew a head gasket because I didnt realize they had disconnected my electric radiator fans causing the truck to dangerously overheat on my teenagers drive to work. Also found that they removed the heat exchanger hose bracket and just left it with a rag under the hood. I expected that if they just didnt want to bother finding the problem and repairing it, in the very least they would return it to me in the condition I left it with them. Obviously not. To follow up further. The good mechanic that I brought it too in order to replace the head gasket, diagnosed the problem I took it to Milts for in less than an hour and its in the process of being repaired. I wouldnt let this shop change my oil.

They sent out coupons for $34.90 oil change, I called and was told that I could use the coupon and pay an additional $20 for full synthetic oil. She clearly understood the car that I owned and quoted me a total of $64 + tax...I confirmed "no additional fees, etc". He replaced all the glow plugs, put in a new thermostat, new brake pads and turned the rotors and changes ALL the vehicle fluids (oil, transmission, front / rear diff, transfer case, coolant and brakes) for $1200 bucks. He even showed me some things where the previous owner had modified the vehicle that I would have never known myself. On top of that the owner was very friendly and upfront in speaking about anything concerning these diesels. Im new to the powerstroke, but not exactly a stranger to auto maintenence, so he gave me a lot of good advice. When I picked up the truck he stood there and talked with me for almost an hour, about the trucks and different options for getting better proformance, milage and just a better understanding of how some sytems work on the vehicle. Pointing things out under the hood and decribing some of the internal components and just giving me a general overall lesson on my new truck. I really appreciate all the help and would certiantly recommend you taking your truck to these guys. -Matt
