Wrong Part Ordered: Right out of the gate, no one ever verified which window I needed replaced. The installer showed up with a windshield glass instead of a driver side window, which meant I had to wait an additional two days before work could even begin. A simple phone call or text to confirm the details beforehand would have completely avoided this. Installation Issues: Once the correct glass arrived, the installation didn't go smoothly either. The installer was unable to get the window rolling up and down correctly and ultimately left my door partially unassembled. After doing some research myself I discovered the window wasn't properly aligned with the side track. Once I aligned it myself everything worked perfectly. Bottom Line: The installer did offer a $75 discount which I appreciated, and he seemed genuinely eager to do good work. However at the end of the day I paid $250 for a job I largely had to finish myself. I'd suggest this company invest in more training before taking on jobs independently. I wish them well but cannot recommend at this time.

I wish I took pictures on how it looked before but trust me it was horrific. I used Yelps handy dandy help to locate local Glass replacement business and I was able to inquire about quotes to a few businesses. Supreme Auto Glass was the business I decided to go with due to affordability. Alex, the owner was professional, communicative, flexible, and provided exceptional customer service. The fact that they can meet you where it's convenient for you is a huge plus, especially if you have a busy schedule. If you have to go grocery shopping, he can work on your car while you Grocery shop which we all know grocery shopping takes a while and he provides at estimated time of completion as well as calling you once your vehicle is ready. Initially I was going to have the glass replacement at our place. However, meeting by the coffee shop I wanted to check out worked out for both of us since it was closer to him and I got to have some coffee and enjoy the weather while I waited. It was a 5/5 experience across the board. The only forms of payment that are accepted are Apple pay, Cash App and cash. I highly recommend Supreme Auto Glass.
