June 9th, 2021 arrived at 1:15pm…read more You must Avoid this place at all cost!!!!!! I went to this junk yard that was hidden in the woods with No signs out by the roads. Looks shady like others mentioned on Yelp!! This is my situation, I told him I am look for a TCM for a 1993 Honda Accord and he point me the left saying the the car just came in and was caught on fire, but was stopped before further damage was done. I was hoping the cars electronics are fine. I asked him, if this car TCM is bad, will he have another car with the same year. He looked at me like I asked him a stupid question, he said the car just came in and the TCM should be fine. Again, I ask him where's the other car. I told him, I don't want to bother you with what your doing just in case this one turns out bad. After making it about him he pointed to back right corner. That wasn't hard, I thought. Some people just a control freak!! I found the car with the window down and we just had a big rain yesterday. I uninstall the box and I decided to open the box to make sure the board was fine. I found some water spots and burnt spot on the circuit board. I took some pictures to show him, if needed. I put everything back together and called him for the other cars location. He got mad after I told him that I open the box. He told me to come the front and he's going to escort me out. I thought maybe he misunderstood me, so I explain to him again why I did what I did, he was still adamant about me leaving. I told him how else would I have known, if didn't open the box. I told him I came here because I have a burnt capacitor. My Board is burnt, but in waaaaaaaay better condition!!!!! I asked so you rather have me just buy a bad board, if I did would you have given me another TCM or a refund, he said NO!!!! No returns, he said. So you should understand why I did what I did than!!!! I said to him. I was talking through the door way of his little trailer door calling him a scammer and a con artist!!! I told him he can keep all his used junk and left. He never left his small trailer to escort me out, jiven fool!! I called another place (LQK) and mention my situation. I wanted to understand their take on what I did, if it was wrong and he didn't see nothing wrong. He said, if I have a TCM for you to open, I would and also give you 6 months warranty. I don't want to hurt his way of making money to survive, but I feel I have warn others about his business tactics. Did I also mentioned the TCM that went bad was purchased from here ( Pennys Junk). I had to give him a STAR to rate this place otherwise I give him nothing.

Not only did he explain things clearly, but he was also honest and reassuring -- he let me know my brakes were actually in good condition and didn't need any work at this time. That kind of transparency is rare and very appreciated. What really stood out to me was his integrity. He didn't try to upsell me or push unnecessary repairs, saying "sometimes you just gotta help people out." That genuinely meant a lot. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, and this experience gave me a lot of confidence in coming back here for future maintenance. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and kind service.

After picking up the Jeep you later find out the rear differential that you originally went there to get fixed was replaced by used gears AND you find out later that you were still charged the price of new gears. That's right. I paid these guys about 2000 to replace my rear dif. Drove it for about six months and they burned up. "New gears." I called them and explained the situation. I was promised it would be fixed...I had it towed back to Tori and he decided to disappear that day and his 18 year old staff told me "we're sorry, looks like you hit a pot hole we can't fix it, that's what our 'boss said." That's when I had AAA tow it for me to a trusted hometown mechanic 100 miles away. That's when they tore it apart and showed me the numbers on the gears that were 10 years old. I wouldn't trust this place to put air in my tires. Go elsewhere.

First thing in the morning, I confirmed with two different employees (Riley and someone else who picked up the phone) an appointment for 4:30 PM to test drive a vehicle. I even showed up early and when I got there they told me they just sold the car. The excuse was "I thought it was 4 PM". Apparently these guys lack even the most basic communication skills. Typical shady used car business. They do not respect others' time. Whoever responds to all of their bad reviews is also short tempered and unprofessional. Check out their Google reviews. Don't trust all the positive reviews here. Many of the user accounts have only a single review. Presumably fake accounts made by one of their employees to boost their ratings.

Dishonest and unprofessional experience with a 2004 black Jeep Wrangler TJ…read more I found this Jeep on Carfax and contacted Emon at Euro Auto Sports. Before going there to test drive, I specifically asked about getting a PPI, and he said that was no problem. During my test drive, I found a serious front-end bushing/steering issue. The Jeep was shifting aggressively at any speed, and at highway speeds it was bad enough that it felt like the vehicle could push itself into another lane. This was a major safety issue. Emon agreed to repair the issue. During the repair process, the Carfax and website listings were removed. Several days later, he told me the Jeep was fixed and raised the price from $9,999 to $10,999 due to the repairs. When I asked for a detailed list of the work performed and parts replaced to justify the price increase, he avoided providing that information and told me the repairs would simply show up on Carfax. The following morning, I scheduled a PPI to verify the repairs. At 11:15 AM, only 15 minutes after his shop opened, I notified Emon that the mechanic would be arriving that day. He immediately claimed the Jeep was no longer available because someone had supposedly been waiting before opening and placed a deposit at 11 AM. I asked him to let me know if the deal fell through for any reason, but he became aggressive and said he would not be updating me because the buyer was "definitely buying it." The timing was extremely questionable. After days of discussing the vehicle and repairs, the Jeep suddenly became unavailable the exact moment I arranged for an independent inspection. The next day, the Jeep listing was back on Carfax. I had a friend call a week later asking about the Jeep, and Emon said it was still available. The entire process felt dishonest and raised serious concerns about what information was being withheld. I no longer trusted Emon or the way this transaction was handled. Anyone considering this specific jeep should be extremely cautious. Get an independent inspection, verify every repair yourself, and do not rely solely on what you are told. I would also strongly recommend reading through how Emon responds to negative reviews before deciding to do business here. The hostile and unprofessional way he responds to customer criticism is concerning, and I would not be surprised if this review receives the same treatment.

They also gave me things to look out for when I asked what they think of the truck or if it's junk. They gave me price quotes for things I want to do in the future when I asked too. I personally went to Gainesville Garage & Trailer Sales before my appointment to explain that I was…read morebringing my four-year-old vehicle in for a thorough checkup before a 1,200-mile trip. I specifically explained that it was important for me to speak with the mechanic after the inspection so I could understand not only whether the vehicle was currently safe to drive, but also whether there were any developing issues, wear items, or concerns I should be aware of going forward. Since I paid for a multipoint checkup, I think it was entirely reasonable to expect an opportunity to ask the mechanic a few questions about what he actually observed during the inspection--not simply be handed a general "everything looks fine" conclusion. After the inspection, I paid the charges but was told the mechanic was not available to speak with me. I asked that he contact me afterward, but no one did. I called again and received no response. Because I had been led to believe I would be contacted, I ultimately drove back to the shop in person, only to then be told that mechanics do not speak with customers. That was particularly frustrating because I had made my expectations clear before the appointment. I did not bring the vehicle in merely to receive a generic assurance that "everything is fine." I wanted the benefit of the mechanic's actual observations after examining the vehicle, especially before a 1,200-mile drive. At this point, despite paying for the evaluation, I have very little understanding of the actual condition of my vehicle beyond a summary declaration that all was well. If all I wanted was a rubber stamp, I could have gone elsewhere. What I expected was a meaningful inspection followed by enough communication to understand what was found and whether there is anything I should monitor, maintain, or address in the foreseeable future. I'm frustrated that, after paying for what I expected to be a meaningful evaluation, I now have to take my car somewhere else and pay again just to get the proper assessment and explanation this shop failed to provide.
