Took my new/used car to them on June 23, 2026, for a camera adjustment that was covered under the 14 day no cost repair. They performed the work. On July 7, 2026, we get notified we owe the deductible. I called the warranty company and they informed me the claim was submitted July 6, 2026, for work performed after the 14 day window. No work was done in July 6, 2026. It was done June 23, 2026. The shop wanted more money. Stay away!
