    Painful

Recently under new management with an all new staff. At first glance it's a fine manicure, but the work is sloppy, not talented, and every single one of my fingers is injured from either the tools, nail file or cuticle cutting. Very impressive that they are still red and inflamed days later! Very disappointing, will be looking for a new salon.

The first time I came here a few months ago I had long natural nails and told her to cut them only a little. She cut them so short, just a little over the tips. It was a manicure for my vacation. A few days into my vacation the gel polish started to chip and peel. I was on vacation so I wasn't doing dishes or anything with my hands but relaxing! The next time I went back I got another gel manicure and I got it done Wednesday and by Sunday 2 nails split and the polish chipped on ends. It was a gel manicure and should have lasted more than 5 days! I am not sure what they use but my nails bent and broke easily and they were not even long! Usually gel polish adds a hard coat to my nails and they last 2 1/2 weeks. I wonder if it is cheap products or just not applied right? I won't be going back though. Also while I was there another customer came in complaining that she just had a gel manicure last week and 3 nails chipped/broke already, so it's not just me.

I used to come here more frequently, but the quality has been decreasing. I recently went for a mani-pedi: Pros:The pedi took about 40mins and was excellent. The chair was comfortable, and there are ample chairs so there is not often a long wait even without an appointment. There is a good color selection and the salon is clean. Cons: A regular manicure (not gel or acrylic) took almost an hour. The tools were not taken out of a new sterilized pack, but were just sitting out on the counter which means that they had not been cleaned between uses. The manicure ended up bumpy and uneven, and there was polish left on the cuticles.

Apparently color matched colors for nails and toes ???

I never, ever go out of my way to post negatively. This place was so bad I want to save others their money and time. We went for a pre vacation mani pedi, and it was horrible horrible horrible!!!! The owner was reprimanding the girl doing my daughters pedi the entire time. They told me they color matched my nails and toes, even though my toes are orange and nails are PINK. My daughters manicure is very, very bad. I do a better job myself. And 0 disrespect but, no one speaks English to voice your opinion- but meanwhile they're all making opinions about you. The worst nail salon I've ever been.

Lovely!! Best Nail salon in the area. My daughters and I love the atmosphere, the nail techs, and the manager/owner. They do a great job.

The UV gel nails here are gorgeous. However they only do regular french or pink and white, which I…read morelike. Also, they are very expensive, but that's North Jersey. Jean (I'm pretty sure that was her name) did my pink and white gels for the first time. I received nothing but compliments constantly, and most people thought they were my natural nails. When I first came in my nails were uneven and with the white gel Jean built extensions to make my nails even. It was time consuming, but she was meticulous and skilled. My nails were truly exquisite and I thought I don't care how much this costs, I'm always doing this from now on. I'm pretty sure she gave me a discount from $120 to $80 for the set that day. I came back for a fill thinking the white would be retouched, but it was not. For a simple fill of the pink gel over the existing gel is $35. The nails still look nice, but they don't have that same wow factor. If you want to make them work and repaint the white and pink that is $50. I was happy with my fill overall, but the gel was not applied to the base of my cuticle so my nails looked a week old. I like this place, but the second time the job was just too half-assed so I have since gone elsewhere. Pedicures are nice. The chairs are big and comfy. They cost $20 alone and $25 for mani/pedi. The only male I've ever seen works there gives amazing massages.

I feel very ambivalent about this salon…read more I walked in, totally on impulse, because I had an hour to kill before the train back to NY. I said I wanted a "Spa Pedicure" and they put me in the chair right away. (For some reason, I didn't ask how much, I just assumed around $20, because the sign outside said Mani-Pedi $25.) What followed was the best pedicure of my life. He worked on me forever! I got Saran wrap on my legs with some sort of mask, sea salt scrub, lotion massage, then he starts doing reflexology! I was sitting there the whole time thinking, "Oh my God, this place is amazing....it's like a $50 pedicure, and I'm only paying $20!!!" Except....it wasn't. So after I'm all painted and relaxed and drying, he says $50. WHAT???!!!! And I look on the wall and see, Reg Pedi-$20, European Pedi-$35, European Pedi w/Reflexology-$50. And I paid it, because I felt so stupid for not asking in the first place. So you see my dilemma. Yes, it was amazing at the time, and he was very skilled, but I felt taken advantage of since he gave me a pedicure I didn't specifically ask for. So. I suppose the lesson here is to know exactly what you are getting, and you DO get what you pay for.
