Wow, what a great salon! Came here today for a spa pedicure. Everyone was so nice! My tech Angie was very thorough in every aspect. The manager Cara checked on me several times. Owner Phoebe is so sweet and kind. The salon is very clean, quiet, relaxing, and I especially love the music playing in the background. Will definitely come back again. read more

I rarely ever write negative reviews but I feel compelled to share how overpriced this place is. If the environment had been welcoming or the service exceptional, I could have understood the higher price. Unfortunately, it was a below-average experience. I paid $37 for a basic pedicure and walked out with a messy result. I could tell the girl didn't care about her job. I'm just glad I didn't spend $65 on the gel pedicure. read more

This is my go to pedicure place! All the girls do a really good job and they keep the appointments so you won't have to wait. The salon is clean, quiet and relaxing. I also enjoy getting a chair massage at the end while my nails dry. I am so glad I found this place it's my absolute favorite. The owners are friendly and sometimes they have their dogs which I adore!! read more

always make an Appointment . The spa and regular pedicure are both very good. They don't rush thru it so you feel it is a thorough pedicure. After they offer a neck massage which you pay extra to increase time. I think adding 5 min is enough . Popular place and I can see why. read more

I came here with my 3 year old daughter last weekend for a fun rainy day activity. Everyone was very sweet and welcoming upon our entry. I asked for a gel mani for myself and a regular mani for my daughter. The staff was great with her and very patient. However, two days after my gel mani, the whole thing started to peel off! I've had gel manis last me up to three weeks. Also, I noticed all other clients got a massage during their manis. But it felt like they maybe skipped me because my child was there. I always look forward to those little massages and was upset they didn't offer one to me, especially because I tipped very generously as I usually do. I am not sure we will be returning. read more

Jenne's Nail - Two days after gel mani - Nail Salons Near Me - Chat Twp, New Jersey

My boyfriend and I walked in Saturday morning at open before Easter and they accommodated us with no appointment. They prioritized us sitting together for our pedicures, even though we didn't ask to. We were seen immediately and were pleased with our pedicure experience. We were greatful for the fast and good service. read more

I've been searching for a good nail salon for months (I live in Morristown) and thank goodness I found Jennes because I was about to give up! Always clean, great service , and my nails look great. Anna is the best read more

Didn't receive services I booked and confirmed TWICE! Ordered pedicures and Chair Massages for my girlfriend and I and she would not give us chair massages. She said they already massaged our feet with the pedicures for 10 minutes. Neither of us received a 10-minute foot massage yet she tried to change me for it. She refused to give us chair massages which I had requested 2 or 3 times. She kept insisting on overcharging me and then handed each of us a $5 coupon. I told her to take them back and just charge me for the services we did in fact receive: 2 pefocused with callous removal. She then pushed her paltry coupons in front of my friend. My friend insisted on her keeping them and I insisted on paying for and tipping on only services received. She then acted as though there was a misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding. Then they try to act like they just don't know the English language that well. I'm sure they understand it at the bank! I couldn't believe the nerve of that manager blatantly trying to rip me off! They seem so classy but BEWARE of Jenne's Nails! That's just highway robbery and my girlfriend never got the massage I promised her as she is going through a rough time. They're all smiling at you while stabbing you in the back! PLEASE save yourself from an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience, which was supposed to just bring relaxation! Goodbye relaxation!!!! read more

Very nice salon, the people are very friendly.. I have found this place because my manicurist of 18 years Julie moved there. Julie is the best!!! read more

The new owner has done a good job taking over this salon. The owner is very kind and patient and gave me advice on choosing the color. The girl who did my nails was great with the manicure. She also did a short massage which was pretty nice. In general, the salon is new and updated. I asked for a Halloween design and it turned out wonderful! read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I usually only write reviews when the place is great or just terrible and this is the worst nail salon. I've been multiple times hoping maybe I got the wrong person but EVERY person I've had has just not cared enough to do a good job. They slap the polish on messy and add too much so it chips easily/ takes forever to dry and smudges. I asked for my nails to be square and they are literally diagonal on the top. I will NEVER go here again. read more

Really great salon -- highly recommend! Phoebe and her team are all really kind, welcoming, and professional. The salon itself is beautiful, too. I don't live nearby, but always come by to see Phoebe when I'm in the area! read more

I went to this salon for the first time and had a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The place was clean and beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and skillful. I would 100% recommend this place and I will be going back there again!! read more

I believe this is a new owner so I hope this will be read and considered. My manicure was okay. The owner was nice. But I worried about cleanliness. The person who did my nails was wearing a smock that looked quite dirty. It was covered with smudge from....polishes? I was never asked to wash my hands. I had been doing some gardening and there were remnants of dirt and she never even attempted to clean that up. I pointed one nail in particular out, that was dirty. She did a little cleaning of that but never looked at the other nails. Finally, many salons I go to have the scissors, emery board, etc in a wrapped, sterilized wrapper. That was not the case. And the buffer she used was taken from a drawer and had clearly been used numerous times. I wish this salon good luck, but I hope I will be able to trust their cleanliness going forward. read more

My first time here and I had a great experience. Clean, nicely decorated, and a great selection of polishes. I took my 4 year old and they gave her a manicure pedicure too and she had the best time. The staff was all very kind and patient to her, and even put a few cute decals on her nails. Both our paint jobs lasted for a while without chipping. read more

I came here and got my nails done by Sarah. They are absolutely beautiful, and perfect for the summer. All the employees are so kind and welcoming, and it makes the experience even better. I was recently introduced to Jenne's Nails in Chatham and highly recommend you check it out. I got a pedicure last weekend and it's probably the best I've gotten in a really long time. I went back yesterday and got a gel manicure and an eyebrow wax. My nails look fantastic and my eyebrows were shaped perfectly. I met Phoebe the owner who was so gracious and helpful. I can't say enough bout my experience. it definitely gets 5 stars from me! I'm looking forward to going back. read more

Jennie's Nails is the only place I will go for my mani and pedi! I've tried a lot of places within North Jersey area, but was never happy with the outcome. My gel mani and pedi always comes out perfectly, and I love the consistent service. The owner is really nice and will check in periodically to make sure you're happy with everything too, which I think is an added touch. Last time, I decided to try out a massage at this place and was so glad I did. I left feeling re-energized! Cannot say enough great things about this place - you need to go and experience it yourself! read more

What a lovely, clean , well run nail salon ! Under new management, the owner Phoebe has done a beautiful job remolding the salon , she treats all her employees with care and respect ! Outstanding salon. It has new ownership and has been completely updated. Fresh, clean and so well run. The new owner is exceptional with color selections. It feels like a New York City spa - with warm welcoming service. Can't wait to go back again for a mani/pedi. read more

This salon used to be the best in the area, but have really gone downhill over the past couple of months. I went there for gel nails last week, paid $80 for a gel mani/pedi and my polish is already coming off my nails. The girl that did my nails also cut my cuticles so short that 3 fingers were bleeding!!! I have been a faithful patron for 15 years but am now looking for a new salon. read more

Today I went there for a manicure and it is awful! She did not remove all the nail polish I had on before, I can see it around my cuticles and under nails... She didn't even cut my cuticles. I asked her to fix it and she gave me bad attitude and only fixed two nails =( Will not be going back there...... read more

Quick salon.. im not picky but ive been here enough to say it is way better than a 1 star. Just dont think youre getting a massage for free if they come over to you without asking. I kindly tell them no thans read more

Terrible customer service. Pushes customers and over priced. Would not recommend.

Way better that a 1 star. No complaints, stick with the ladies (all very good, pleasant, etc.) for the manicure and beware the neck massage- not free. Yes, it is cheaper to pay by cash vs. credit, but I find that elsewhere, like the car wash. I think that is fair given the credit card processing charges. read more

I went to this salon for the first time. The manicurist was questioning why I did not want a gel manicure, and only wanted a regular manicure. Later on, the manicurist was telling me to sit up in the chair. When I sat up - my legs hit her legs under the table. Customers should be free to get whatever services they want, without question, and be able to sit comfortably in the chair. The other manicurists were speaking in their native language, which made me feel uncomfortable. I don't know if they were talking about me. This salon charges a different price if you pay cash. It sounds to me like they aren't paying taxes. I do not recommend this salon. read more

Meh, this place is not as good as it once was. It's noisy and some of the pedicurists act you're not even there. No thanks. I want to relax and enjoy, not be rush out and brushed off. read more

I recently got my gel here and it was good. The skills are good. the gel i got had thin layers which is always good with gel and it price was good in my opinion i the same as the salon i usually go to anyways. They cleared my cuticles but not too short. And i got exactly the right colors i wanted. Unlike some where they are kind of off with the colors a little bit. Good atmosphere also. read more

Never going back! Was hesitant to go given the one bad review here, but it was on the way home so decided to try it for a fast pedi. The nail tech had hardly any comprehension of English and could not respond to my requests. I asked for callus remover and she just rubbed harder while staring at me blankly and talking to her coworker in Spanish. After awhile it was easier to get thru it silently. I ]also needed a wax but after the pedi I was afraid I would leave minus an eyebrow so I skipped it. They have a $5 surcharge if you don't pay cash (like a gas station). Sorry Jenne, but honoring all payment types is cost of doing business, . When I tried to use their ATM it was broken, and the woman in charge kept fighting with someone on phone on how to fix it for 7 mins. I finally had to ask her to please ring me up. Zero customer service and below par work. There's a nail salon on every corner, no need to go here. read more
