So disappointing. I've gone on and off for years but now I'm done. The pedicure was such a waste of my time and money. Barely any cuticle work - about 3 seconds of feet buffing so I left with dry skin - and talk about not being bothered - the attendant did nothing but look around at what everyone else was doing instead of giving me any attention. Had nerve to ask if i needed nails done when should've been focused on my pedicure. And runs up to you while drying for payment. My pedicure was ok! I wouldn't suggest to get a gel manicure, or maybe from a specific person. An older gentleman did my nails and my manicure was very rushed with minimal cuticle work, a lot of polish on my skin and cuticles which made me nervous for a dermatitis risk, and I asked for an almond shape (even showed a picture) and was ignored twice. Some of my nails weren't even either. My gel manicure is chipping after 3 days also which is super unfortunate. Being forthright. I needed to let two weeks go by before I wrote this . I needed some place local because I couldn't drive a friend recommended. I came in and asked cost of my nails for gel manicure simple forthright ! They said 50. No problem. Did my nails ( wasn't thrilled with color but said I would live Ruth til next time ) then when it came to paying it wasn't 50 they said 72 and I went ballistic. They mumbled something ! U do not recommend. Came here for a gel manicure and the woman used an electric drill to file off my old gel instead of soaking my nails. She filed my nail beds so much that my nails actually hurt me. Like burning. Then she did a new gel, but from her shaving my nail beds so much EVERY one of my nails broke. When I say broke, I mean to the point that my fingers are bleeding. I'm putting Neosporin and Vaseline on bc they hurt so much. - STAY AWAY!!!! The NJ cosmetology board should look into this facility. I bet they aren't even using licensed nail techs. read more

Just paid $35 for a gel manicure for the girl doing my nails to get ANGRY at me for accidentally messing up a nail, The second it happened she yelled OH MY GOD and rolled her eyes. I went in as soon as they opened and they said they were full at the moment but I could book an appointment for later that day. I did and returned for my scheduled time. After waiting 10 minutes without any greeting someone came over and told me they wouldn't be able to take me because of the traffic they had at the moment. They told me it would be another 40 minutes. I ended up leaving without getting my nails done. Writing this review so others know they don't follow their schedule with appointments. First time here. Heard a lot about this place and wanted to try out the powder. I requested someone really good. My nails came out well but my technician wasn't really friendly. I told her it was my first time here and had a few questions and it seemed like I was annoying her by trying to make conversation. Is there any recommendations for technicians that do a great powder mani yet are friendly? Also I was told it was $45 and then when I paid with my card there was the service fee making it almost $47. I think it would have been nice to give me the courtesy to know there was a charge for a card. I had plenty of cash on me and would have just paid with that. Just a tip. read more

What I'm wearing now looks nearly new after a week of banging on a computer keyboard, rummaging around in bags, and generally being less careful than I ought to. Anybody who isn't white do not come here. They are very racist. Every single white person got a massage, but I am of color and he refused to touch me. He is the man that only gives out massages when getting a manicure. All the women who work there are very nice though. Especially Alice. Called about 15 mins ahead of time for pedicures for my husband and myself. The salon itself is clean, new, bright and very spacious. As soon as we came in they asked us to wash our hands at the sink provided, then they took our temperatures. They seemed a little short staffed but given that it was a Friday and I had called recently it wasn't a big deal. We were brought to the chairs immediately but waited a little to get service-especially my husband who had to wait longer than I did. My pedicurist was Rex, he was nice. I like how the staff all have name tags, which isn't common for nail salons. My husband wasn't a huge fan of his pedicurist. The water was initially way too hot for both of us which is something to look out for. We both got the basic pedicure and it includes stone rubbing, as well as a short shoulder massage at the end. There's a bowl for tipping for massage at the drying station. I love the way my toes turned out and I would likely come back again. read more

I have been coming to this salon since it opened, with my girls... countless times and many girl parties when my girls were younger. My girls are teenagers now and my younger daughter had a pedicure recently. It was right after school so she had her school uniform/skirt on, of course, she wore bike shorts underneath. A male technician provided the service. As my daughter was sitting on the pedicure seat, the male Technician - placed a towel over her lap without asking her, then with no warning and very quickly, he placed his hand between her upper thighs pushing her thighs apart as he "tucked" the towel between her thighs! DISGUSTING and DISTURBING! I tried to speak to the lady at the front but none of the employees were interested nor did they care. They completely ignored me as if I wasn't there completely upset and disturbed. My daughter was shaken up and upset. No one cared! I called the Police and filed a report. That male technician continued to work and continues to work there. Be careful with your young daughters as I am sure this is not the first time he has done this. read more

I've had several good experiences here. They're professional and friendly, and the prices are competitive to the area. I didn't have the best experience tonight..I got a powder gel for the first time at this salon, and the color turned out much different than it was in the book. For those who've never gotten powder, the color often looks quite different from the final color until the top coats are on, so I didn't realize it wasn't right until it was too late. I brought it up and the manager acknowledged that they weren't the same and just said sometimes they fade in the book over time. Really lovely new nail spot - and they are open on Sunday! All of their equipment is top-notch, the staff was very friendly (and great with my daughter). My nails were great - and when I nicked one of them as I say down, my manicurist actually redid the finger over from the start, because just repainting it didn't meet his standards. Nice! Beautiful well lit, bright, and open ambiance. I was greeted by the receptionist immediately as I walked in the front door. The technician that helped me was very professional and courteous. The equipment was very clean. I got the regular spa pedicure. I also got a gel manicure. I am very satisfied with the services. During the pandemic, I've been getting infrequent pedicures, but I have enjoyed them despite feeling the necessity of wiping down my seat with an antibacterial wipe and wearing a mask. I like the massage chairs here and was happy with the light customer occupancy due to the executive order. Went in today and saw that things have certainly changed. I'm guessing that the change includes management. The familiar face that used to greet me up front was missing. In hindsight, her absence probably explains my difficulty on the phone scheduling my appointment. I suspect that we had a communication issue. The employee seemed to be loudly simultaneously talking to someone else about the schedule while talking to me. The other woman finally got on the phone, but the appointment scheduling process was no smoother with her. Ultimately I gave up trying to request a particular person for my pedicure. I just said give me anyone. I arrived on time to find this shop very busy with customers waiting. A new policy is that customers are directed to wash their hands (even for a pedicure). I'm germ-phobic so that's okay. What was weird is that they had a sign near the sink saying use one paper towel. If I'm worried about germs, I don't want to touch the lever with my bare hands and I really need 2 more of the small towels to dry them. I hung-out for 15 minutes past my pre-scheduled appointment time and then inquired about my wait. Another 10-15 minutes. Not acceptable. The new management clearly doesn't understand how to schedule appointments. This was never a high-end nail salon, but it used to be nice. Now it feels like the generic over-crowded nail factory that you can find everywhere. I won't return. read more

The worst customer service. I got a manicure and dried the for more than 15 min. About 30 min. after I left one of my nails nicked and I could tell something was wrong with the polish. It was tacky and not drying. I assume the bottle had just gone bad. Fine. It happens. Two hours later, still weren't dry.. and eventually you have to stop being careful of using your hands normally so after that they were just a mess. Four hours later, was right in the area so went into the salon show them. They said they would repaint right then, which of course is fair, but it's also fair that I did not have time to change the polish at that time (kids pickup). They said I could come back that night. I could not. They said that was all they could offer. No money back or discount on a future manicure!? I mean seriously? Not only did I waste 45 min there and now have to go home and take all the crappy polish off, but because I don't have more time THAT DAY for a polish change, you can't offer me ANYTHING else. & They wouldn't even take the time to look at the polish and see that it was still tacky. The nail tech scraped the top of my toe while filing. It was excruciating. I told him, but he kept touching it and bumping it when it was bleeding. He finally used a cloth with alcohol when it wouldnt stop bleeding. Halfway through the pedicure (which was only gel nail polish and trim supposedly) he asked me if I wanted a pedicure and asked me to choose which one. I picked (thinking the $55 price tag included polish/nails) it ended up being 55 PLUS 35 for the nail trim and polish. 3 days later my gel polish looks yellow and see through. Way too overpriced. negatives first: the employee who was about to start my pedicure was pulled away because the customer she was originally scheduled for was late (not my problem). then i was left waiting with my feet soaking in the bath for an extra 10 minutes when i had specifically called to ask if someone could take me right away. i think it's unprofessional when someone starts with a client and is then pulled away because another client is late... second, they were kind of pushy about additional treatments during the pedicure including callous removers etc. after i said no, they asked again as if i was going to change my mind. in other news, the pedicure itself was great and they even time the leg/foot massage so it doesn't feel like you're getting jipped. it's a shame that their customer service was subpar because it took away from the value of the actual pedicure. read more
