AVOID AT ALL COSTS - BELLA BELLA WILL CHARGE A FORTUNE TO DO A HORRIBLE JOB I have been getting gel nails done for about 15 years and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The technician ripped my nails taking off my previous coat, even after I flinched and said she was going too hard. She was clumsy with my cuticles and caused them to bleed. I was in pain and she proceeded to be rough with my nails. I asked for square shaped nails, and they ended up rounded and slanted. When I pointed it out, she said it was fine. The gel polish was put on sloppily and peeled off after only a few days. When trying to politely get what I asked for and was paying for, I was met with contempt. Horrible horrible customer service. DO NOT COME HERE GO TO NAILS PLUS 5 INSTEAD I never leave reviews but I will for this. I have been here a few times. Recently I was given a manicure by a woman who was frustrated because I requested a fill (she thought I was too young for artificial nails, I am 17.) I do not really know what set her off about me, but she was clearly purposely rough and abrasive with my hands. She raised her voice at me when I asked if she could modify the shape. I was unhappy with the length, and when I tried to kindly ask if there was a way I could get them longer, and offered to pay whatever fee or come in whenever possible, she slammed my hands down and told me to go somewhere else, then grabbed my hands back and continued to work on them without my permission. She was clearly not stable and she targeted her emotional outburst at me. I told her I wanted to stop and she again raised her voice at me in front of the entire salon and she demanded that I pay $120 for my nails (she hadn't even filled them yet) She proceeded to raise her voice at me and humiliate me, and I just stood there and cried. She then screamed at the owner about me, until I left the salon. I went to Nails Plus 5 down the road, and they fixed my nails, and comforted me as I was disturbed and upset. read more

I hadn't been to a nail salon in at least two years with the pandemic raging. I went to Bella Bella on Friday. The technicians were very good. The atmosphere was attractive & clean. However, the price of $48 for a simple manicure & pedicure I found to be expensive. With a $5 tip for each technician paying nearly $60 for a simple mani/pedi is high. I have since had references for other salons charging in the range of $ 34 -$36 for the same mani/pedi. Price was too high for my budget! read more

My first and last visit July 10, 2021. Unfriendly , rude and didn't listen or care what I was interested in having done to my nails. A waste of 50.00 ! They charge more than most nail salons and I just didn't think they did a good job at all. Put three coats on my thumbs for some reason so the polish was not Hardened for a long time and they got messed up. I can see the second coat on the other nails because it didn't fully cover them first coat. Lots of other salon choices. I won't be back. read more

I had a very bad experience at Bella bella. I went for the first time with my friend and got dip nails with tips done. Firstly, they were very rude. My manicurist yelled at me to stop moving my hand in a very nasty way. She proclaimed "stop moving oh my god now you make me mess up!!!" When I am paying for a service, especially paying 60 dollars plus a tip for a dip manicure, I do not expect to be snapped at if my hand is shaking slightly. I never had this issue in all the other times i got my nails done. My main complaint however, is the severe nail damage I suffered when I went to get them taken off. After my tips were removed, I never experienced such pain in my entire life. My whole hand and fingers and nails were throbbing causing me to wince in pain for several hours. When I called them, they claimed I may be allergic to the strengthening polish they used. I preceded to go to a dermatologist as my nails were all red, very brittle, kept breaking very low, and was in significant pain. The doctor confirmed that they filed down way too hard and hit all of the nerves on each finger. I will have to wait it out and be gentle. Now because of this, I started losing finger nails completely. Last night my pinky nail broke off. I am 20 years old, am healthy, and never had this happen before. I never had such rude service and experienced such pain and consequences of a nail appointment. Would definitely not recommend. My friend who accompanied me is suffering a similar problem to a slightly lesser extent. Her nails keep breaking super low as well and bleeding and are extremely frail. Unfortunately, I will not be able to get my nails done anywhere for quite some time, and don't think I will in the future. read more

I love this salon. It is easy to get an appointment, and the staff there are always so nice and welcoming. I have only ever gone for nail services, but they do a great job and they even did a custom flower for me on the spot. The owner is always present to keep things running smoothly and seems to genuinely respect and get along with her employees. They are following all COVID precautions, and it feels very safe. I read other comments, yes, sometimes you have to wait, this is not a doctors office. If you're not willing to wait then go to an empty place with no customers. I've been going for years and they've always been very pleasant and done a good job but they are going the extra mile keeping things safe and clean.
