I have had plenty of beet salads and this didn't make the top ten. The grilled tuna salad my husband ordered rated a 0 on a scale of 1-5. The tuna may have been grilled as advertised, but there was no evidence of it, and there was absolutely no taste to it. I would have expected there to be some seasoning, but again, no evidence. The green beans were so crunchy they might as well have been fresh-picked and the sauce over the snow peas was so tasteless, Ranch dressing would have been a huge improvement. I could only eat one, and I really like snow peas. Until they get a better chef, I will not be returning.

Next up was the Spicy Tuna & Crispy Rice with fresno chile, avocado, cilantro, scallion, and sweet soy. The flavor was fantastic! The steak comes with double egg fried rice, snap peas, bok choy, pickled shiitake, mint, cilantro, and ginger. The steak was cooked perfectly, and all of the flavors worked so well together. Nothing overpowered the other ingredients, and every bite was delicious. Three of the other four at our table ordered the Wagyu Burger with fries -- two with regular fries and one with Parmesan truffle fries. Unfortunately, the burgers and fries arrived warm rather than hot, and one diner sent his back. The team took care of it immediately. The manager came over personally, apologized, and made sure the situation was rectified. The replacement burger and fries came out perfectly cooked, which we really appreciated. Overall, quality food, great service, and a beautiful atmosphere made for a wonderful brunch experience. We would definitely come back!
